Another day at that horrifying school. I was convinced no one at that school was nice not even a teacher. But I decided to go only because I wanted to be smart and make a better lifestyle for my mom and I. I had on my favorite high cut sneakers, an acid wash short pants and a 'be yourself' t-shirt. I arrived at the school that I called hell. The first thing I saw was the head cheerleader Maliaka Stone the most popular girl in the school, and she is also in my dancing class. Let me tell you something, she can't dance for gold and besides they only keep her for the money. I had my first class and let me tell you it wasn't easy because almost the whole class was preps. They were all the rich kids whose parents could afford anything they wanted.

Maliaka came up to me giving me a snort and telling her friends I was a pig. I stood up out of my chair looking at her saying, "why don't you say that to my face." She looked at me, " I can't waste my time on you your just a wanna-be," said Maliaka. "Oh I'm hoping you don't call your daddy I'm so scared," I said sarcastically. She looked at me brushing me on the way to her seat. My only friend popped up next to me,"what was you thinking that was Maliaka Stone!" she said. The teacher came in the classroom for the first lesson.

"But before we begin I have an announcement to make!" The teacher said ,well they would be dancing classes after school. I froze in the moment staring at the teacher and smiling. Well that is how my only friend and I met at a dancing class five years old. My one and only friend name is Charlotte Cave or nickname CC. "This would be your one and truly time to shine!" She said with a big smile on her face. Well actually Charlotte likes ballerina and I like hip hop.

"Now on to the lesson!" The teacher said. The bell rang and class was dismissed all the way to my locker CC kept encouraging me to join. I looked at her with a little smile " I don't want to embarrass myself!" She looked at me surprised since when did you care what people think. She said vexly you would embarrass yourself but you would always have me as a friend. "Yh that's sweet but I can't stand that humiliation!" I said no buts allowed you are joining and no more. She walked off stylishly holding her head up high.

My family isn't a big shot like Maliaka Stone . My mom is in advertising and my dad is a lawyer. Well my family is a big shot too but mine don't use their money foolishly. I was there laying down on my bed thinking what if I actually joined. That is when a text message came to my phone from CC. Saying how wonderful if we both entered a class, I told her I thought about it and was willing to do it. She sent a curious face that was fast you usually took weeks to decide.

" I was thinking after dancing do you wanna go shopping?" I said. "How could I turn shopping down its my thing!" Said CC. I'm so glad to hear I could remember our first meeting. "When you were so short and flexible!" Said CC. "Well that was me then now I have changed!" I said surprising her. All of a sudden my parents and the principal barge in my room too talk about the incident that happened. My parents had an unhappy face my dad talked to the principal in the other room and I talked to my mom.

"What is happening you used to be a top student what happened?" My mom said with a concerned face. "You guys don't have time for me and my whole world is falling apart!" I said shouting. My mom looked at me",your grounded for one month and you better cope with it young lady!" She said . She left the room slamming the door.

I stared up at my bedroom ceiling and asked myself what had happened to this family and where did the love go. But then I realized that everyone was so busy in their personal life. Then all of a sudden the phone rang "hello!" I said looking puzzle and confuse know one really calls this house unless business.

Look out for more hope you enjoy.
