So right as we pull into the hotel at 10pm after a long day of traveling, my dad goes inside to go check in. After waiting for a few minutes, he comes back out. Apparently, this conversation happened while he was checking us in.
Dad: Hey I'm here to check in.
Front Desk (FD): Oh are you here for the wedding?
Dad: Oh no- Quite the opposite.
FD: Oh no I'm so sorry I'll set you up with the bereavement rate!
Well it did save us like 300$ on the room so who's complaining. Also, to that couple that got married thanks for the free content /hj have a great marriage.
