This is a story about a couple and their friends taking a trip to New York. Unlike most fanfics Harry and the main character, McKenzie, start off dating (but ofc that doesn't mean there will be no drama).

The first 8-10 chapters are used for seeing how their relationship works and also let's you understand a little bit more about McKenzie as well as her friends. All of the 1D boys are in the book but the most of the time it will just be Harry and Niall (bc I ship Narry so hard).

The way the boys are portrayed are in no way what I think they are like in real life. I decided to make it kind of funny. If you don't like how a character acts sorry..?

Yes, the boys still have British and Irish accents, even though they live in Florida. Everyone except for Harry are exchange students. They have been here since 9th grade so they know each other really well.

Harry has some baggage which you'll learn about a little bit later and McKenzie has the "perfect" life but has emotional distress. These two are perfect for each other but they don't know each other's secrets.

They are both 18 and after the summer are going to different colleges. This is their last times to spend together before they move apart.

If a lot of people read I plan on updating every Friday and Monday, but if not maybe just on Mondays.

Character List

[(as introduced) (it kinda sucks bc I don't know what to say without giving too much away)]:

McKenzie Taylor - main character, 18. She's mixed (half African American half white). She has super curly hair (think of Madison Pettis). She's pretty regular except her parents have tons of money but are super protective over her. She used to be a huge brat but now she's with harry she's better.

Harry Styles - boyfriend, 18. Same old Harry you know and love but he's not famous. He's in a small band with the other boys but they don't play in public. Harry is a bit shy about his talents.

Brandon Taylor - Mckenzie's brother

Charles Taylor - Mckenzie's dad

Ann Taylor - Mckenzie's mom (I don't use her name much)

Gabriella Smith - Mckenzie's best friend, dating Niall Horan. She's a straight A student but a crazy partier. She of course is the crazy best friend every book needs.

Liam Payne - same old Liam (lol). He's a bit of a party animal in this story. An exchange student.

Zayn Malik - same old Zayn. An exchange student.

Niall Horan - same old Niall. He's dating Gabriella. An exchange student.

Louis Tomlinson - same old Louis (what a surprise). He is sort of a man whore. He's always hooking up with random girls at parties. An exchange student.

Zac Miller - Mckenzie's ex-boyfriend. He has anger issues as well as a drinking problem.
