CHAPTER THREE: HIS SECRETARY

Kasalukuyan akong nakatanaw sa napakataas na building ngayon. Sa taas nito ay may nakalagay na ZURI COMPANY. It was written in bold and big letters. Can be clearly read and can seek attention.

I stepped towards the company with a formal posture. Today, I will be starting my new mission.

When I reach the door of the CEO, I immediately compose myself. I am in a formal black pants and a white long sleeve polo. My burgundy colored hair was tied in a perfect bun with some bangs on. I wear eye glasses. Lastly, I put a medium mole on the top of my upper left lips. Well perfect for my cover up.

I inhaled calmly and open the door. When I stepped inside, I hear a soft music filling the whole room.

"You're one minute late."

My imaginations lost when he spoke coldly. The soft music disappeared. His eyes where back to it's coldest.

I give him an apologetic smile. "My apologies. I overly enjoyed your company's breathtaking view——

"You're fired."

"What?!"

"Ms. Lacoste, I don't accept reasons and I don't need a secretary who only enjoyed my company's view. I need a secretary who's efficient." Madiin nitong saad saka tumayo at nilampasan ako.

Did he just fired me up?! Shit! No way!

I immediately run and followed him. Nakita ko siya na lulan ng papasarang elevator. Mabilis akong kumilos at isinangga ang kamay ko sa pinto ng elevator. Yes! Mabuti at naharang ko pa ang kamay ko.

I immediately get in and stand in front facing him. "You're on my private elevator, Ms. Lacoste." Nakataas kilay nitong saad.

"My apologies again. Sir, I believe that you shouldn't fired me up that way. Your reason was invalid. I was just one minute late for fuck sake! That was very unreasonable of you!" I said with a mad tone.

"You're shouting at me, Ms. Lacoste." He said with an emotionless face.

"I'm sorry." I inhaled deeply. "I was just driven by my emotions. Forgive me."

Gumilid ako at tumayo sa likod niya. Malakas ang tibok ng puso ko. Ano ba yan Ayla! Bakit mo naman sinigawan kaagad? Lalo mo lang pinapalala ang sitwasyon. Boss mo yan jusko ka!

"We are heading our way back to my office. Marami pang trabaho ang naghihintay sa atin doon." Istriktong sabi nito at pinindot and top floor.

"Yes, boss."
