Summary:

Alice Hamilton, Natasha Thorne, Avery Van Der Heide, and Sophie Emmerson lived in Breckenridge, California, their entire lives right outside of Los Angeles. The city of fame and money and the stench of desperate actors trying to make it big. But there's a much bigger picture, and it's not very pretty. When these college students decide to ditch the life of hard studies and lame college parties to have an untracked month in the city they dreamed of entering since they were children, the fun they wanted is nothing near the kind of fun they got.

Alice Hamilton: The hardworking dancer, bubbly and happy with a trail of guys following her wherever she goes. She's got the perfect life ahead of her, happy life, happy parents, a little brother who's a bit of a nuisance. Everything is peaches and cream for the girl until you take a look at her report card. Her life is flying in colors but her grades are sinking faster than the Titanic, Alice has been bribing and persuading teachers to give her good grades, and not in the cleanest way.

Natasha Thorne: You'd see this girl in the stoner pit, and you'd wonder, how in the world is she friends with those people? Must be some loyal friends to stick around Natasha. Formerly the A+ student who was lovable and social, she began to cut corners and slacked off, resulting in a drastic grade drop, and a drastic attitude rise. You'd usually see her stoned or drunk, sporting her usual carefree attitude and not afraid to break a nail to get you out of her way.

Avery Van Der Heide: Avery is very insecure. With the absence of her parents constantly, she's very bossy and sometimes even bitchy to get her way. Jealous of Alice, she constantly 'jokingly' makes jokes about Alice to make herself feel better. Rich but unhappy with her life, she's looking for a change of pace and maybe even a change in personality. If you see her walking towards you, it's probably to lecture you on how you didn't put up prom decorations right.

Sophie Emmerson: Beautiful and poor yet spoiled. Boys are drawn in by her bad girl attitude and how she takes life as a joke, as boys find that as easy to relate to and having no girlfriend issues. If she would even stick around that long. Sophie's a player, and doesn't exactly care who's feelings she hurts. She's blunt and doesn't give a damn, always having that defensive shield up. Her tactic is to draw boys in with her big eyelashes and get them obsessed, only to break their hearts. All the boys know her tricks, but they can't help but fall for her spell.
