What are you looking at? I am not at fault for my brain being enlarged due to the infamous joy of learning something new everyday. Just because I am scrawny and wear glasses doesn't mean I'm not cool. I might just be popular for all you know. Who am I kidding? The only people I am popular with include me, myself, and I. Not even my sister would classify me as cool. Maybe I shouldn't go to class today, for I am feeling quite upset.

"Oh no, but you will go. That way you can prove to everybody that you are cool, and that brains is the new fashion."

"No, she shouldn't go because she will be picked on and become the laughing stock of the school."

"She is in college know, the only person she has to defend her is her sister, who doesn't even have the audacity to talk to her."

"Go, go, go, go, go, go, go!"

"Don't go, don't go, don't go, don't go!

"Enough! I will decide whether or not I will go to class or not. You guys are just the voices in my head, and you have no control over what I do, nor what I say. I am going to class no matter what you or anybody else says....", Lucy said WITHIN her head.

You see Lucy has these internal conflicts very often. She believes that working out your problems in your head is the most effective way to solve your problems.

"You are not going?......You are going?." Janet said

That's Lucy's sister Janet.... She get's confused a lot. She has long flowing hair, and tan skin. People don't suspect any relation between these two, so to justify this she doesn't tell them. Lucy does get somewhat distraught by the fact that she won't admit that they are related. Sometimes she wonders why/how she's going to the same college. Lucy on the other hand is pale, and somewhat scrawny. She's not popular, nor does she have many friends. Lucy never thought that she would be attending Julliard for Cello, and Flute. She was looking for another talent of hers, so that she can join more clubs. Lucy wants to join more clubs to meet more people. She plans on staying in college for all 4 years, and believes that everyone including Janet should do the same.

On the dorm room phone

 "Hello, is this Lucy-"

"Who might this be?", I reply with an uncertainty that this is a complete stranger.

"It's your uncle Roy. How are you." Roy says

"I'm just swell Uncle Roy, I am doing fine in school, I have a free ride to both graduate, and undergraduate school. Life couldn't be better. How are you Uncle Roy?"

You see, this is uncle Roy. Lucy's uncle. He lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is very, very close to Harvard University. That was one of the schools Lucy got excepted into, but I could not pay all of her fees, which you are charged prior to going to school their. Anyways back to her Uncle, he has light brown eyes and jet black hair, which is slicked with a product called "Dapper Dan". Recently Lucy's Aunt Mabel died, and it's been really hard on him. He also had three kids with her aunt, they are well behaved.
