Season 2

It was the end of the school year. Everyone got to spend there summer vacation away from the drama that was the Salvatore school. With everything that happened last term a lot of students were looking forward to taking some time to themselves.

Alaric was kicked out from his position as headmaster leaving Caroline to run the school by herself the next school year.

She couldn't exactly go away on vacation but decided to send her daughters away with there Aunt Bonnie for the summer while she planned for the next term.

Lizzie happily excepted as long as she was able to bring Kara with(she was).

Josie stayed behind, keeping an eye on her parents while they constantly argued about her fathers dangerous decision to put the blood fountain under the school.

Let's just say Caroline was not letting him off that easily.

But who's to say she wasn't getting yelled at too. Elena and Damon were still mad that Stefanie became aware of the supernatural in one of the most dangerous ways.

It was a bit hypocritical of them seeing as she's there kid and not Cares but it's been a difficult time explaining everything to Stefanie. They had no clue where to even start. If only they remembered explaining it to Raven, another reason they were mad.

They learned of Ravens existence after Caroline explained everything about Malivore.

It was a lot to process but when Stefanie even said it was true, they had to believe it.

Stef was always out of the house during the summer.

Ever since the news of the Malivore pit being gone, she'd lost hope.

She was hanging out with Mike more. And not just as friends.

They had gotten a lot closer since discovering the truth about everything.

Now, there 15 they hadn't done anything. Just cause they got closer doesn't mean physically you sickos. They've just been experimenting more with a little green substance that makes them much happier.

Marijuana

That beautiful substance kept them high as kites and that was what they were planning to do all summer.

Mike was confused about his so called father while Stef was slowly spiraling, her sadness for her sisters lose taking a big toll on her. Smoking weed all summer has to make them a little happier. Not like there parents would notice.

Mike didn't have anyone but his brother Landon watching him who happens to be busy keeping an eye on Rafe while he was trapped in wolf form.

And Stefanies parents may have been worried about her but we're more preoccupied in the search for Raven who still hasn't been found.

Let's just say they'll have the best summer out of the whole group, with Lizzie and Kara coming in a close second.

Back on the flip side in the pit, Hope and Raven were walking for what felt like a week.

They've stalled time by talking. That's all they could do. Only good things came out of it, Hope mentioned her best friend Kara that was new to the school and was sharing a dorm with.

Raven now knows that Kara is alive, well undead. She was relived with the fact that she wasn't gone and that Kara's dad wasn't alone. She was even glad to hear that she made it official with the girl she was talking too. She knew her name was Lizzie but didn't expect it to be her cousin Lizzie.
