We see several scientists going through extensive files on the capabilities of all known IS units, several technicians and other staffers are also seen bringing in more material for constructing the company's own units while heavily armed guards have also been posted, to protect both the facility as well as the other personnel.

(What the scientists look like; most of them are unarmed but all of them have undergone basic firearms training and some even carry pistols with them. The last part was not actually part of the standard procedures but had been permitted in response to some of Phantom Task's recent activities.)

(What the guards look like; they have access to lots of heavy firepower. They are also quite highly trained and well-equipped, on par with some of the most elite special forces. The most elite of the guards also received extensive augmentations. In fact, many of these guards are ex-special forces soldiers, recruited for their experience. The combat suits that they wear had been designed both to enhance their capability and also provide a high degree of protection, yet they are actually lighter than they look and allow for unimpeded mobility.)
(The rifle as seen in the picture above had been designated the 'Wraith, Mk.II AICWS' and was secretly developed by Cybertron itself, having been tailor-made for it's security forces' specific requirements. The rifle has also been chambered for an improved .276 Pedersen or 7×51mm rifle round, and features either an under-barrel 40mm grenade launcher or a 12-gauge tactical shotgun along with very advanced combat optics which are connected to the user HUD of the soldier's helmet. In fact, all of the equipment used by security force soldiers are made in-house by Cybertron itself.)
