Centuries on end fulfilling your contract

      It's been a years you have been serving for Morax and now you are just waiting for Cnyo to come hang out with you. One of the few people you actually tolerates, actually he is the only one. You can never tolerate the little arguments between Ganyu and Xiao to fight in between who gets to do their duty with you for the week. It always ended you finishing your duty and they are still at it. 

      You leaned onto the tree, until you heard familiar footsteps. 'Cnyo, your here. What's the news you wanted to tell me?' You asked a bit nervous to asked him really. He didn't answer you, but he let out a sigh and started

      'I'm going into my deep slumber soon Y/N I don't know when I'll wake up.' He spitted out, that line felt like acid burning through your skin. 'What? That soon!?' you yelled in disbelieve, that's mean you will be alone till god knows when. You took the information in and said, 'I'll wait, I'll be here when you wake up.' You pat his head with your toes tip toe-ing. 

     The sudden sound of the Liyue's defence's horn sounded, cause you on alert. You urged Cnyo to leave quickly while you went to help Morax. When you got there, the Lord of geo is heavily injured in order to protect the citizens, you step in with you make shift cryo scythe and you swing it towards the intruder. As Morax regained his energy, you are trying to push the god out of Liyue grounds. No matter the hits you dealt. Then it hit you, this 'god' you been referring as, it's not a god it's the renimant of a god. You held out your hands to absorb it's vengeful spirt, the process is painful but for the mortals, it seemed worth it at that point. 

      Morax who seemed to caught on urged you to stop, 'Y/N stop, we can seal it away you can go insane by taking in that much!' You didn't care, you just wanted this stupid fight stop. As you finished absorbing the spirit, Morax went by your side to hold you up as you gave in to the darkness which is consuming you inside out. Trying to fight back the darkness, you finally have no strength collapsed in Morax's arms. 

     Next thing you woke up you saw a God's remains shadow lurking over you, it seems to be that you are in your mind. 

     '....so are you going to stand there and watch me sleep the whole time?' You said giving the god a deadpan face, them not replying you continued, 'okay what do you even want.'

     The shadow turned into a raven and flew onto your shoulder resting peacefully. Confused at the god's intentions, you slowly patted it's head. 'huh.' You muttered out. Catching you off by surprised the raven spoke. 

     'I would much want to kill you, but you got me stuck in your mind.' It spoke. 

     'And who fault is that?' You asked, knowing damn well is their fault. The raven didn't speak once more but just flew off your shoulders onto the ground. 'I am willing to protect you when you need it, I'll just stay in your power source. Not every god is as merciful as I am. Be careful yaksha.' Then the shadow faded away, leaving you confused on the spot.  

     Time passed as you stayed inside your mind, training your powers and annoying your 'roommate' that lives with you rent free. It took some time for you to wake up to the real world, looking around you, it seems that you are in a domain. Sitting up from where you are, you tried leaving the domain but instead found that you are trapped inside. Not stuck in a seal again are you, you thought to yourself, how irritating. 

     'God?' you called out to the open. 'Are you there? I need your help.' You said as a shadow formed into a raven flew and rested on your arms. 'What yaksha?' the god replied, giving you a glare. You ignoring the glare, asked them, 'I think I'm stuck in a domain or a seal. Can you get me out?' The god looking around the space, and used it's wings to point to your left and instructed, 'that's your best shot to destroy this domain, I'll be leaving now.' Right on que the raven disappeared, you walked to the place the god instructed and use your cryo elemental abilities. Like how the God described, the domain started to become unstable and you can see a crack with light on the other side.  A crack became a hole, a hole became a doorway and you found yourself on top of a hill right next to a stone plate. 

     You bet to yourself that the domain is the work of Morax and started to wander around the area. That is until you hear another explosion coming from north west direction. Using your vision you teleported to near the explosion area and saw two person fighting each other.. to the death? 

     One seem to possess a geo vision the other a hydro vision, without thinking you stepped in the middle of two. The two still continued to fight with each other making you need to dodge from left and right. Then it hit you, they reek of karmatic debts.  Nevertheless, if their state is what you think it is, it's best to put them out of their misery. Clapping your hands together, you create a scythe as you parted your hands with a cryo scythe in your hands. Telelporting behind the person with a hydro vision, you slashed her back as she tried to dodge. Annoyed by this, you went in for the kill as slicing her throat in one swift motion. She still had the strength to fight back even she is about to die, using her attack on you, you found yourself being attacked with water daggers. Barely dodging them, you got sliced at the ankle and waist. Blood started dripping and seeping into your clothing. 

      Her karamatic debt starts crawling over to you and starts to attach itself to your mind, trying to feed itself off your memories. ignoring this you teleported behind the one using a geo vision, you sliced his head clean off, to avoid the situation with the one who used a hydro vision. You saw their body went limp, made you let out a sigh. Same as what happened before the karmatic debts started leaching onto you, making your head hurt slightly. Holding your head you try to ignore it. 

     You de-summoned your weapon and went to pick up the mask off the two and their visions. The colour from the visions disappeared leaving a empty shell, You almost forgot that this happens when the user of the vision dies, the vision becomes empty. Putting these items in your 'imaginary inventory' (the one in game haha). You burned the bodies after you stitched the head to the body back together and any wounds. Bowing one last time, you walked around the place not knowing someone is now following you. 

     Arriving to a hill, you tried to locate Liyue harbor. Hang on, how does that harbor even look like during this period of time.? You thought to yourself before turning around and saw someone familiar. You quickly bowed as they walked closer to you. 

      'Y/N Child, I didn't know you were awoke from your slumber? Why didn't you call for me?' The person asked as they signaled you to stand up straight. You replied, careful with the words you use, 'Lord Morax, I didn't think of that at the time. I thought I was sealed away once more.' A chuckle came from Morax, as he continued, 'No need for such formalities, I'm glad your awake. It has been another 500 years. The Archon war is over.' Silent filled the air, as he spoke again. 'Your contract with me still is ongoing. But instead of protecting Liyue citizens from intruders, you now have to-' 

      "Restore order through slaughter, purge evil through battle, to this, we dedicate our lives." You said cutting him off, 'Of course, I did exchange my life cause of that contract.' you chuckled, bowed before him and said, 'if I may suggest another contract? Which is: 'Maintain order through slaughter, destroy evil through endless battle.' Similar, but in any destruction I see seem fit to be destroyed I am able to do so.' With some thought, the archon nodded in approval. 

      With that using the two contract you made, you maintained the peace in Liyue harbor with another yaksha. Restoring order, maintaining order through slaughter and endless battles, having your hands covered in blood to merciless to slaughter any threat you see in the dark. You never knew who that was, every time you two met, you never talked it's only him. But he wore a mask, it didn't cross you mind to use your memories in your past life to recall it was Xiao, but seem that you didn't bother guess it wasn't important to you as well. Seasons passed and the age of moral ruling themselves is dawning. 

     Centuries on end, you have faithfully honored your contract, but the karamtic debts has been weighting heavy on you more and more by the day. Constant nags from the archon to take a rest from time to time, you just used the excuse of him owe you a new scythe that he broke all those years ago to shut him up. Before you know it another year has passed and it's your birthday and also the rite of descension soon.
