Complete and sealed darkness. It was a moment Loui cherished so greatly with his lover.

The coffin was light and sound proof , obviously meant for the dead to eternally rest. However although dead in this coffin was the only time he would have rest.

No thoughts, no looks, no inquisitive or calculated stares or internal battles.

Just peace in the darkness him and his Lestat silent. Which was the most preferable state for Loui.

He opened his eyes slightly to see Lestat's resting face mirror his. This man was breathtaking. Strong jaw, porcelain perfected skin, and his facial structure rivaled the Italian and Greek warriors he read about in his history books.

Laughing to himself about seeing those images and later on pleasuring himself to them when it came to him doing a school assignment on the matter.

"Mon Cherie although I do love the thought of you pleasuring yourself as a teenager to the mere thought of my image. I do require we have some proper rest after a much eventful night." Lestat lightly grunted out with his eyes still shut.

Loui couldn't help but to smile. Lestat always had a way of making him even in the darkness.

"Careful" Lestat grabbed his knee eyes still closed "remember what that smile does to me."

Then again.

That feeling.

The warmth was on his knee from Lestat's touch, what did that girl do to them?

The warmth of Lestat's hand abruptly left his body as quick as it came.

"What's wrong ?"

"I need sleep that's what wrong and you my pet aren't letting me rest. You know how I become with little rest Loui." Lestat tisked Loui could tell he was hiding behind his silly remark.

"Lestat." Loui stated soft but firmly raising his right arm to brush the front of Lestat's forearm.

"What is wrong?"

Silence

Lestat cleared his throat forever ready to give a performance.

"I did not know that young woman, but you did." Loui faced his entire body towards his lover.

Lestat's eyes were now fully open. Watching him unrelentingly. He awaited a true answer.

"No I did not." Loui responded his face etched with concern. Causing Lestat to purse his lips looking upwards.

Loui jutted up using his right hand to swing open the coffin door.

He needed the light to see Lestat's face for his mind was shut off to him.

"Loui shut the door we are sleeping."

"We are not sleeping , you are accusing."

"Hah! Accusing, please 90 percent of the time you accuse me of anything and everything, it's how you see me. Burdened."

"Lestat I'm... I'm sorry." Loui grabbed Lestat's hand. Shamed by his actions incapable of controlling his emotions since becoming a new born.

"Oh my dear you really do know this woman if an apology is your response to a wretched person such as me ." Lestat let go of the hand Loui held. Moving it to his lovers face.

"Lestat I."

"Oh I know Loui. I'm fully aware that you didn't know her, because your reaction to her was just as strong as mine. If you would have had a past with her. I would have seen it the minute she looked into my eyes."

"She's blind, I noticed she's blind." Loui said more to himself than to Lestat.

Lestat began to close the door of the coffin as Loui laid himself down. Face to face now they spoke telepathically. To tired and confused to speak aloud to one another.

"Do you want me to find her for you mon Cherie ?"

"Do you want to find her?"

"Seems to me like she found us, witch ."

Loui began drifting with the sun's rise.

"Whatever she is Lestat, she found us, found us in the dark." He yawned feeling listless in his lovers arms.

"Awh my Loui." He squeezed him, tight like he knew he liked. " I am the darkness and it is she who will be found and killed."
