Chapter One: Fuckin' socs

Dally and I have been together for just over a year, we've had our ups and downs and small disagreements but we always bounce right back. When we first got together, I was really surprised at how affectionate Dally would be and that he even got into a relationship with me. Dally isn't really the relationship kind of person, he's more of a hook up and forget about it kind of guy, so when he asked, we'll told me to be him girl I was surprised but clearly said yes.

Today I'm going to pick him up from the jail, again. Dumbass stole shit again and got arrested. Again. Since I don't have a car though, I'm just walking to the jail and we're going to The Dingo afterwards.

Once I get there I see him start to walk out and to me, so I go over and hug him and kiss him.

"Well hey, doll" he said after we pulled away

"Hi" I said with my arms wrapped around his neck

"Whatcha do while I was in the cooler?" he asked

"Nothin' really, just stayed in and worked at the DX with Soda and Steve" I said as we started to walk to the Dingo.

We passed Ponyboy as we walked but I don't think he saw us but there was a car that started to follow him and I knew, he's gonna get jumped. Fuckin' socs.

"Hey babe" I said and he looked at me signaling for me to continue "I think Pony's bein' followed" I pointed to him turning down our street and the same car I saw earlier slowly follow him.

"C'mon" he said and we started to run that way hoping to get to my house before they got to him so we could get the hang for back up.

We ran up and thankfully everyone was outside and once we told them what was going on, we all took off down the street where a group of socs were standing over Pony.

We all started running to the socs and when they saw us coining they took off back to their car and drove, but Dally grabbed a long branch and threw it at the car, though unfortunately he just barely missed it.

I rushed over to Pony behind Soda "Hey Pony, you good?" I ask

He nods "Yeah I'm fine, don't worry Ollie"

I nod and walk over to Dally as we all start walking the short distance back home. As soon as we arrive I see my brothers talking then Darry stomping inside. For some reason he gets angry at Ponyboy all the time sayin "Use your head" "You never think" "You always forget" its honestly annoying me and Sodapop quite a bit. Soda tries to stick up for him but it seems to always backfire to him getting yelled at also.

"What up with him" I ask as me and Dally walk over to my twin and Pony.

"I don't use my head" Ponyboy mock and I chuckle a bit and Soda hits my arm, causing my to smack his harder

"Oww"

"Don't hit me" I said and rolled my eyes at him.

This was normal for us though. Since we were kids and before mom and dad died, we always picked on each other or would wrestle around and if one hit the other, even if it was just a little tap, one of us would hit ten times harder and say "Don't hit me"

"Hey Ponyboy, next time get one of us to go with you. We will" Two-but walked over and said

"Yeah okay" Pony said "Hey when'd ya get out of the cooler Dal?" he asked

"Today. Got out on good behavior you know" he said and shrugged. I laughed.

"Somethin' funny, doll" Dally asked and looked over at me.

"You" I say and laugh again "Good behavior. Yeah that doesn't mix"

"Oh yeah?" he asked and scooped me up over his shoulder causing me to giggle.

"Nice ass" I say and smack his ass, earning me a smack to the ass in return.

"Ow! Babe, put me down" I say dragging out the last part.

"Whatever you say, doll" he said and pretended to go drop me on my head but caught me, causing me to scream.

He eventually put me back on the ground and we started talking with Pony and Johnny about the drive in movie going on tonight.

"Great" I said "We"lol meet on the corner of Pickett and Sutton in a couple of hours"

After a sting of "Okay" went around, Dally and I left for the Dingo, out original plan.
