Cardinal Copia x Fem Reader PART 1

This is from 17-18 century,and Copia is not part of Clergy or anything,but he was that kind of person that I was finding to play that role,and wanned to start ghost one shot book longer time ago,so that's it.

But probably I will mostly put ghost band characters and they will be conected to it,I just wanned to do this chapter this way.

You walked down the big stairs,and outside the house.You were nervous,you didn't know him at all,and your family aranged a mariage for you,you were engaged to him,your dad said it will help the family and the business.Cardinal was very known in the town,and rich aswell.You just hoped he was not like all of them..

Copia was already waiting for you next to the carriage.He standed with his back exposed to you,you didn't see his face. When you walked out,he turned to look at you.While you walked to him,he looked at you in awe, when you stopped before him,he gently grabbed your hand and took it to his mouth to place small peck on it.He said "You look beautiful my dear" you looked up at his face,even through there wasn't a big high difference,still nervous,but at least you knew he was a gentleman and smiled charmingly,"I- I wanned to pick something for your liking,since I know you love red." He looked surprised at you for a while,and there was left a small silence.You quickly realised and said in a rush "You look great aswell" he looked at your eyes and smiled yet again while he nodded. "Shall we go?The carriage is waiting." "Oh,yes.Of course" you answered.

He gently took your hand again and led you to the carriage,when you were infront of the door,he let go of your hand and opened the door for you.You mumbled a quiet 'thank you',lifted your dress and went inside,sitting on the bench.He went inside aswell,closing the door behind him.

The man in the front automatically spurred the horses and the carriage started to move.

You held your hands firmly on your lab,looking at them anxiously,thinking how it will go.It was new to you,but you tried to look as calm as you could.You felt a big yet gentle hand grabbing yours.You froze for a moment,looking up at him,you saw him smiling gently at you,you knew him just for a small amount of time but you felt comfortable with him,it was weird,but he felt like a safe place.You slowly relaxed to the touch,and lovered your head to his shoulder,moving a bit closer to him,so you could lay your head on his shoulder properly.He moved closer to you too,his hand never leaving yours.

The end of the ride went calmly,you just enjoyed each other presence.

So I got this idea while I watched tiktok,and I decided to write it,so I guess I'm starting another book,hahah.
