"Stella, I need to give the kids a couple shots." Dr. Irvin tells Stella. "What kind of shots Doctor?" Asked Stella. "Just some allergy shots and normal year checkups. Nothing to major or too bad." Says Dr. Irvin. "When do you want to set this up?" "Oh I don't know, perhaps today? Let's say before school?" Says Dr. Irvin. "That's odd Doctor. Normally you give me a couple days ahead to tell the children." Stella says suspiciously. "Yes well I have notice the Thorn twins getting stuffy and have watery eyes, just want to keep them well and healthy." "Yes, well you may give them the shots today and tomorrow you can handle the rest of the children." Stella tells the Doctor. "Yes of course, I'll get them in a few minutes before school starts."
"Ok boys time to give you some shots." "But were not sick Dr. Irvin?" Nate tells him. "Not yet and here at WordSmith we want to keep it that way! So take off your shirts and lay down on the tables." The boys did as they were told and got onto the tables. "Dr. Irvin why do we have to lay down without our shirts on if we're just getting shots?" Asked Nick. "Don't ask questions Nick; just do as you're told! You don't want me to tell Stella that you've been bad do you? Do you want to be hit with that whip?" They both shook their heads. "Good then keep quiet and don't say a word to anyone about this. Understand?" "Yea." They both said.
"Ok boys your all done. I just want to keep you here for a few hours to monitor you guys. Just to see what the side effects are." He sat down in his chair and started to write things down. "Dr. Irvin I don't feel so good! I think that stuff you gave me made me sick!" Said Nick. Dr. Irvin got up and went over to him. "Tell me exactly how you feel. Does it hurt anywhere? Are you feeling nauseas?" He put his hands on his lymphatic glands to see if they were swollen. Nick started to get a fever and started to puke all over the place. Nate started to cry and ask the Dr. if his brother is going to be ok. "Dr. Irvin what's wrong with him? Is he going to be ok? Dr. Irvin help him!" Cried out Nate. "Nate shut the hell up!! Sits your ass down and be quite god damn it! Now Nick lay down." Nick laid down still crying and shaking.
He put a blanket over Nicks head as he slowly stopped shaking. "Nate get out." Said the Dr. "What about Nick? Is he going to be ok?" "Nate just go to class and keep your mouth shut about this!" Nick went back to class and continued his day worrying about his brother.
"Today I will have Cage stay after with me again." Says Mr. Curtis. Cage tried to leave with the rest of the class but Bell stopped him. "No Cage! You need help in school!" "Bell I don't want to stay after with him! Besides were not going to be here much longer why should I get help in a school that I'm only going to be in for at the most a few more days? It's pointless! I don't want to do it!" "To bad Cage! Stay after! Here Mr. Curtis he tried to leave." "Thank you Bell. Now Cage let's get started."
In the Next Chapter: "Ok Kids we have 2 new kids today! Sally and Sarah Cooper!" Stella tells the kids. "Hi I'm Daisy, I'm here for the opening for the Caretaking job!" "Welcome Daisy, to Wordsmith." Says Stella. "Hello Kids this is Daisy, she will be the new caretaker. If you need anything you will go to her!" Stella tells everyone.
