After not seeing your friends in almost year, you were finally able to spend time with them. You ended up staying in the Moon Dorms with them all day, much to it's residents' discontent. Your nocturnal ways had been altered so you could attend your usual school, and now you were going to have to stay up really late so Kaname and you could go talk to Headmaster Cross.
~Time Skip: 12:00 AM~
As Kaname led you to the Headmaster's office, the both of you made small talk. Mostly just simple questions like "How have you been?" or "Anything new happen?". But then Kaname bluntly asked,
"(Name), would you rather live here with me, or with your guardian?" The sudden question made you do a double take. What did he mean by that?
"P-Pardon me?" you stuttered, trying to maintain the "proper speech" that purebloods were expected to use. His face became solemn and serious.
"I want you to leave your guardian and live in the dorms with the others and me. It is where you belong. I want you by my side, (Name). Until the end of time." he said as he took your hand and pressed his lips against your knuckles, causing you to blush.
"K-Kaname, I-" he cut you off.
"At least consider my offer. Now come along. The Headmaster is waiting for us." He lead you into Headmaster Cross's office. Once inside, you took a seat in one of the chairs across from his desk while Kaname did the same. The Headmaster sighed and said,
"I know why you're here. I'm sorry (Name), but I can't change your class without your guardian's permission!"
"Headmaster, (Name) is (age) years old, am I correct?" Kaname intervened and looked at you. You nodded to answer his question. Kaname continued,
"You see, Headmaster? I believe (Name) is old enough to take care of herself. She isn't a child, she is a pureblood vampire. If there is danger near, I, along with the rest of the a Night Class, will protect her with my life." His words made you blush.
"I will request once more that she be put in the Night Class."
"........Very well. I will see to it that your schedule is changed." Headmaster Cross said with a small smile evident on the corner of his lips. You grinned widely and thanked him.
Kaname and you walked to the exit, but you stopped to listen when you heard what sounded like footsteps running away. You shrugged it off, happy that you could be in the Night Class once again.
But little did you know, someone heard the entire conversation.
