So here you are, in Kalos again, stressing about how you didn't get shit done for the months you were in Sinnoh. Cynthia is trying her best to find research papers for you to borrow as you are panicking about this all.
Baby it's going to be okay! I'll get papers about every pokemon I can! Cynthia spoke with a bit of worry in her voice. But what id you can't?! I can't go to Professor Sycamore empty handed?! You panicked as a knock on the door rang in the room. The two of you looked at each other with an "OH SHIT" look on your faces. Mrs.(L/N)? Are you there? Sycamore's voice rang.
May I come in? He asked once more. You may! You blurted out, Cynthia had left the room and didn't hear him. The door handle turns as Cynthia walked in. Dead silence as you all stared at each other, looking at each other at random times. Soooooooo whose this? Sycamore asked.
Your face went bright red as Cynthia spoke. I'm sure you know my name but I should still introduce myself, I am Cynthia. (Y/N)'s girlfriend. She spoke. You could see the gears turning in his head as he looks at the papers and back at you. You fell in love and forgot to work, didn't you? He spoke in the most deadpan voice. yeah. You meekly spoke.
He started to laugh. I'm sorry but I always bet that this would happen one day with one of my coworkers. I understand why you didn't get work done, I'll head out now. He spoke as he did finger guns while walking backwards.
The two of you stood there in disbelief as he close the door.
Well that turned out better than expected.
