'Life finds a way'

The next day Revvit left the garage for the ravine.He set out early just before sun up but this time Ty tagged along.
The pair traveled in silence but both of them were focused.Both shared a similar goal.
To get those eggs to Ty's cave.
Revvit was fine with keeping the eggs safe at a distance but Ty,him knowing these eggs were his,triggered his instincts.
He couldn't just hear about them he had to see them.Had to be near them,had to protect them.
Revvit could sense this about Ty,so to keep the safe and Ty's sanity,he decided to transfer the four eggs to Ty's cave.

At the entrance to Revvit's old home,is was blocked by leaves.
The tool tore down all that was in the way and constructed a small lift.Big enough to hold the eggs and himself.
Revvit climbed to the top of the ravine and constructed a pulley system.One that needed Ty to pull them up out of the ravine without being noticed by the other tools.
Very carefully,Revvit lifted each egg and placed it on the platform.Surrounding it in a little box filled with fresh leaves.
He instructed Ty to pull on the vine that would lift the platform.Slowly and carefully,Ty rolled backwards.Barely moving an inch every two seconds.
Revvit stayed on the platform, surrounding the eggs with his body to shield them from any and all impact if it were to occur.
Finally at the top,Ty rolled over to the tool who still kept curled around the eggs. Revvit nodded,telling the trux the eggs were safe.
The t-trux leaned down and slowly took the platform,Revvit and the eggs into his large mouth. Now stabilized,Revvit relaxed but kept his guard up and around the eggs.

Back at Ty's cave,the t-trux leaned his head down carefully to allow Revvit to transfer the eggs one by one to a different platform built specifically for the eggs.It was long and along the wall.It had filled in guard rails in case something decided to roll away.Once the eggs were back together in the nesting spot,Revvit finally moved away from them and allowed Ty to see them for the first time.
The t-trux lowly growled,it wasn't vicious but more like a purr.He looked at each egg and then at Revvit,"These are really mine,Rev?"
Revvit laid along the platform floor,"Yes,I am sure of it.I have not been with any one in a long time." Ty purred again,his engine beginning to heat up a little.
"You know,Rev.This might be a awkward time to say this-"
Revvit looked at the trux as he leaned his head closer to the eggs.The heat of his breath warmed the eggs and his engine kept the room at just the right temperature."What is it,Ty?"
The red t-trux glanced at Revvit and sighed softly,"I like you.Like more then a friend like you."
Revvit spun his bits shyly and looked away from Ty,"I-I do not know what to say."
The red trux groaned,"Yeah,I don't blame you.It's something that I've been feeling for a while now.I thought I was going nuts or maybe I was messed up in the head or something."
Revvit looked at Ty and walked over the him.The reptool jumped atop the t-trux nose and looked him right in the eyes,"Ty,do not feel ashamed.You are working perfectly.I should know.If this is what you are feeling then this is how you feel." Ty was still not convinced,"But-it's not right,Rev.I'm a t-trux.I should be with other t-trux."
Revvit spun his bits,"No,Ty.I do not think that is right-"
Revvit paused for a second before he continued,"-Because I feel the same way about you."

Ty's eyes opened wide and he stood up straight,"You-you mean we share the same feelings?"
Revvit put his head down shyly but he didn't break eye contact with the t-trux,"I believe we do.Every time we brainstormed together,I felt myself falling for you more and more."
Ty smiled,"Do you think our feelings for eachother--?"
Revvit finished his sentence,"Is the reason fertilization occured?!" Ty nodded yes and looked at the eggs.His smile turned to a more concerned look,"Do you-think they'll make it?" Revvit thought about it but he couldn't give a straight answer,"I will be honest.I do not know,Ty.But what I do know,is life finds a way."
Ty looked inquisitively at Revvit,"Where'd you hear that?"
The tool smiled and jumped to the platform,surrounding the eggs carefully with his body."You know,I do not remember."
A few seconds of silence pass.His voice came out softly as the t-trux spoke,"Revvit,you look very handsome next to those eggs." Revvit felt his face heat up as if he was blushing."Ty,please,you make me overheat and I am a reptool."
Ty chuckled and felt nothing but pure joy overcome him.
"I'll be right back,Rev!" Ty yelled out with a laugh.
Revvit chuckled and kept the eggs huddled together as the t-trux rolled out the cave.
"Wooooohooo!!!!" Yelled Ty as he raced around the area.He had to express himself somehow and the race track seemed just the right spot to do it.
TonTon came out of nowhere,"Ty,dude! You're up early! Why didn't you tell me we were gonna race this morning! Yeah-hooo!!"
Ty laughed loudly,"I'll beat you this time,TonTon!"
Dozer groaned aloud as he spotted the two trux on the track.
Skya rolled up beside him,"Well,Ty sure seems in a good mood this morning."
Dozer groaned and rolled into the garage,"Yeah,yeah,good for him.I'm getting my tune up then headed for breakfast."
Skya sighed softly as she watched the grumpy dozeratops roll off and looked back at the two on the track.
