Chapter 5

After twenty minutes Freya opened her door to be faced with a dancing crowd of people outside her door. Freya smiled at the joy infront of her. She stepped out of her cabin and looked around to find Kai.
Just as she was about to turn her head around she spotted Kai standing in between the cabins he had told her to meet him at. Freya started to walk towards Kai with a big smile glued to her face.

"I would have never thought that I would ever see a girl as pretty as you wear an outfit like that," Kai complimented as Freya walked up to him. Freya bowed her head in a playfull mater," And I would have never thought that I would see a man sutch as yourself dressed so fansy at a place like this." Kai smiled kidisly at her statment and stuck his hand out for her to take," Will the beautiful lady do me the honor of taking my hand and following me to our new fighting ring." Freya bit her lip slightly as she placed her hand in his with a nod. Before Kai turned around Freya noticed that his eyes travelled down to her lips and stayed there a little to long. A hudge grin krept it's way to her lips as she realised what he was thinking of. "Do they look inviting," she asked. A frown apeared on Kai's face,"Excuse me." Freya's grin grew bigger. "My lips, Prince Kai. Do they look inviting," she pointed out. Shaking his head, he smiled at Freya and tirned around. "Follow me," he said as he started to walk into the forest infront of them.

After walking for a few minutes they came to a stop at an opening. There where beams of moonlight shining trough the branches a few trees surrounding them. Freya slowly took her hand out of Kai's and walked to the middle of the opening. "Do you like it," Kai shyly asked as he moved a bit closer to Freya. Freya spun around to face Kai as a smile tugged at corners of her lip,"I love it. It's so quiet." Kai chuckled at her awe. "Well if we fight and get it over with you can stare at the trees for as long as you want,"Kai said as he twirled his dubble sided blade in his hand. Freya shook her head as she fully turned and took out her sword. She found a firm grip on the handle of the sword and went to steady herself but did not get the time as Kai swung one of his blades at Freya's stomach. Freya dodged the swing and took a step back.

Just as Kai was about to take another launch at Freya she shook her head with a disappointed look on her face. That cought Kai off guard. Using that to her advantage she quickly made her move by swinging her leg l, causing Kai to fall to the ground. "Why'd you do that." Freya shrugged,"You had a moment of weakness. Did you honestly think I would not exploid it. We are here to find out who is the best fighter, are we not?" Kai chuckled at Freya's question as he lifted himself up on his elbows. "Remember that you asked for it," he said completely standing up from where he lied on the ground.  "As of you could really do anything to hurt me. Yoy are to predictable to surprise me," Freya said amused at his confidence. "I am mutch better than you think Princess," he said moving closer to Freya. "Dought that," she wispered to her self as she lined her blade up to an equal hight of her arm.

Kai stepped forward spinning hes blade before he sliced it through the air and leaving a little cut on Freya's arm. Before she could even respond to his action his blade once again pierced her skin, now leaving a deeper and longer cut on her stomach.

Kai smirked at Freya as she folded her body in pain of the cut on her stomach. Walking towards Freya he bent down placing his mouth next ro her ear. "I might be a Southerner but I sure as hell am not weak," he wispered into her ear.

"I didn't think you are weak," Freya suddenly said as she turned her head to Kai. "I just thought I could use a moment of weakness," she wispered close to his face. "Just like now," she pressed her dagger to Kai's trought.

"Why are you doing this Freya," he asked put of breath. "I just wanted to remimd you to never underestimate your opponent. Not even if they are hurt; because some of us, like the Northerners, have healing magic," she said still dangerously close to Kai's face. She looked to his parted  lips that were so close to her's, letting her feel his hot breath on her own lips.

"By the way. I win," she wispered after leaning to his ear.

Right before turning around she placed a light kiss on his earlobe then his cheek. Leaving him dumbstruck as he watched Freya walk back through the woods they walked here to.

"That girl is going to be the death of me," Kai muttered to himself as he followed behind Freya.
