Crush/Girlfriend: Hermione Granger (fully realised by her third year)

Back story: Jessica has lived with Remus Lupin for all her life but as has never found anything that would revile her mother she has no idea of who she could be and nothing that could lead her to find her mother. Jessica was seen as a very powerful witch with lots of potential from a very young age and when her letter was received she was overjoyed after her father had explained it all to her. Jessica loved to hear her father's stories of his time at Hogwarts they were her favourite bedtime story and still are regardless of how many times she hears them.

Jessica is also an Animagus she can turn into a wolf but like her father has trouble controlling herself when she transforms and it has gotten her into trouble more than once. There was this other thing that she never understood, whenever her father lost control on the full moon for whatever reason he was never able to harm her no matter what. Jessica loved her father for that more than anything and would sometimes be in charge of keeping Lupin from hurting others on the rear occasion that he got too close to civilisation on a full moon.

First-year: Jessica met Ron, Harry and Hermione before she even made it the school and then spent all the time she could with the three of them she had gotten very close to Hermione and liked having her around. She still saw Ron as an idiot but Harry was incredible as after defeating Voldemort alone there isn't much room for more greatness but she could feel that this was only the start. Her first year had taught her that to survive in this world friends are almost become essential so she decided to make an effort from here on out and her father was proud to hear it.

Second-year: The school year started as normal as possible and things were going good but soon the year turned rotten as the heir of Slytherin was rumoured to have returned. Speculation and rumours of who the heir's identity filled the halls of Hogwarts and thing only got worse when students started being petrified and muggle-borns were put in danger. The four friends did some investigating and were soon reduced to a group of three as Hermione herself was petrified but thanks to Hermione's final efforts the three were able to save the school and the lives of others.

Third-year: Things were really kicked up a notch this year an escaped killer and murder revealed, and things were already off to a shaky start when a dementor attacked her and her friends on the train to Hogwarts. Other than that it seems as if things were good but things got worse as not only was Sirius black-sighted close to Hogwarts but he also somehow got into the castle. This year things went from bad to worse as Sirius Black was relieved to be Harry's godfather and berated Harry's parents who he called his friends. Everyone thought that Sirius Black was after Harry to kill him but it turned out to be Peter Pettigrew who was disguised as Ron's rat and he had sold out Harry's parents to Voldemort to save his own skin. Jessica Harry and Hermione all travelled back in time to save not only Sirius's life but Buckbeacks's as well also turns out Lupin was a werewolf surprising everyone but Jessica.

Fourth-year: The Tri-Wizard tournament this may have been the most important thing during this year but Jess had different interests namely, Hermione and she was determined to have a big moment. Harry was somehow chosen as the Tri-Wizard champion and ended up being alienated by his friends but this was all fixed after the moment with the dragon when he became a legend among his classmates. Later there was then a ball where all students would go with a partner of their choosing Jess was ecstatic when she asked Hermione and she said yes. The night was off to a good start but then it turned sour as Hermione said something that hurt Jess but soon after they had a talk and the night ended better than Jess had hoped for with a kiss. The Tri-Wizard tournament continued but sadly its conclusion was what can be described as a truly heartless moment Cedric had been murdered by Voldemort who had now returned.
