The person who tries to keep everyone happy often ends up feeling the loneliest

"You have to finish your breakfast before mom comes" Maid tried to convince the boy but he shook his head. "I want mommy" he was too stubborn for his age and poor maid couldn't handle his tantrums anymore. But if their madam sees this she will get angry and fire her. She cannot afford to lose her job. "Leon please -" he pushed away the plate making food splatter on the floor.

"Leon Hart" maid stiffened knowing who the voice belonged to. "Clean the mess and bring me new plate of food" maid nodded scurrying off to get her work done. "Young man, I have told you stop being troublemaker" Leon bit his lip seeing his mother stern expression. "I am sorry mommy" he couldn't stand when his mother get upset with him. "It's ok" she sighed picking him up in his arms.

His eyes moist and his cheeks dampened with fresh tears as his mother consoled him. "You should eat your food. Wasting food is a bad thing" she told him gently when he calmed down. "I wanted to eat with you" he whispered slowly. "You should have told that to Maria" she looked up when Maria her maid brought new plate. "Apologize to her" she pointed to her maid who looked wide eyed at her words.

"Sorry Miss" she smiled at the little boy before leaving the room. His mother smiled knowing she did the right thing. Leon should know own to his mistakes no matter who the person is. She started feeding him telling how he should behave next time. "Hey Y/n" she looked up from the little boy to see her best friend. "Uncle Hobi"

"Hey Buddy" he grabbed Leon in his arms giving side hug to Y/n. "Hi Hobi" she smiled at him and decided to keep the empty plate in kitchen. Jung Hoseok is her business partners also her best friend since she was born. They have been through thick and thin together. He is the only who know her completely. "Do you want me to bring your breakfast madam?" Nadia head maid of the house asked her. "No"

"Hoseok came already. I will eat outside" Nadia frowned knowing she will not do that. She will simply skip like she did thousand times before. "I don't like it when you do that" Though Maria has been scared of this girl anger Nadia is the only one who can talk some sense to her apart from Hoseok. "I will eat surely"

She walked away not giving her chance to reply. "I will drop Leon in school. Tell Tom to pick him up at three" she informed Maria and went out with her bag.

She nodded to everyone who greeted as soon as she entered the building. She tapped on floor no 20 and waited for it to open. This floor consists of her office and Hoseok. "Morning Miss. Y/n" she nodded her head at Chloe who was her secretary from past five years. "Get me the file of Mr. Kim proposal" she placed her ivory colored coat on the chair before opening her laptop. She checked all the files which need to be sent today.

"Here it is" Chloe placed it on the table. "I told you to knock before coming" she sighed which made Chloe smile sheepishly. Chloe may look like those who don't take their job seriously but she is really good at her work except some basics. Besides she has been by Y/n side for the past five years so she let it slide. "Am I meeting him today?" she nodded her head. "He wanted to meet all the partners at once and consider the possibility of working together"

"You will meet him at lunch today" she read the file to check any changes and nodded her head at Chloe. "Ask Hoseok to come" she can see happy smile on Chloe face as she mentioned his name. Well you might have guessed this girl has been in love with him since the moment she walked in this office but he was so oblivious to it.

She looked out of the window watching people while waiting for Hoseok. She has achieved a lot in last five years. She became mom to a kid and owned a successful company all by herself. But often she felt lonely. She missed him though he was never hers to begin with. He became the only person she love the most also she despise the most too.

"Y/n" she turned to putting a neutral face on which she mastered in the last five years. "Can you meet Mr. Kim at lunch? I need to visit Mr. Hart today" I promised to meet and have lunch with Ian and Lizzy today. It was cancelled twice already so she can't skip it again. "I will take care of it. Did you prepare for Leon birthday?" Y/n shook her head at him. "I will ask them for suggestions"

Ian Hart is the previous owner of AR enterprises. He considered Y/n as her own daughter too. After what happened with her daughter he passed down the company to Y/n instead of Aria.

Soon the time flew and Y/n was waiting at the restaurant for the Hart couple. "Hi Y/n" she smiled seeing Ian and Lizzy walk in. she gave them hug before sitting on the chair. "Sorry we are late" she shook her head at Lizzy words. "Where is Leon?" they were expecting her to bring him but she thought it is best not to put him in lime light yet. "I will bring him next week to home"

"I can't believe he is going turn four this year" Ian gushed making Lizzy smile. "Only if Aria was here with us. She would have been ecstatic" Y/n eyes saddened remembering her best friend. They were like three musketeers Hoseok, Y/n and Aria. If only that night didn't happened she should have been here with us. "Lizzy don't think like that. We should be thankful to Y/n for doing all this for Aria"

They thanked her and talked about Leon birthday party. They parted ways when the lunch was done. She was happy with how the conversation went. She decided to head home as it was already late. She didn't have much work in office today. She called and informed Chloe about her leaving and closed her eyes.

For the world she may look fierce and tough but in reality she was living in façade. At the end of the day she tried to make herself content with the things in her life but she felt lonely when all she is doing was for others.

Hello readers... You will get lot of doubts as per the characters  but soon everything will be explained. Yoongi will appear in next chapter.
