Finally the end of the day couldn't have come fast enough, getting my bag out of my locker I head out towards my bus stop.
"Nevaeh (neh-va-ya) hey!" My best friend Cindy says waving me over.
"heyyy," I respond taking out my headphones and walking towards her.
"you going home?" She asked as we walk out the doors of the school
"yeah you?"
"No I'm going over to Evans house" she says giggling as I roll my eyes at her.
Ever since Evan came in that's all she can seem to think about.
"Hey, do you maybe wanna hang out this weekend? I feel like it's been FOREVER since we hung out just the two of us." I added knowing damn well what the answer is going to be.
" I can't this weekend, Evan and I are going camping! Isn't that exciting!" She fawned.
"Your always with Evan, we never get to hang out anymore"I whine
"Your just jealous because your single Nevaeh, can't you just be happy for me?" She snapped back at me before running off towards Evan who waved at me when he saw me. Sure I waved back but when he turned around I was sure to give him the bird and a nasty face.
Jeez, what a long ass day I felt as if it would never end. Putting my bag by my door I make my way through my one bedroom apartment. I live on my own in a cheap apartment block at the very edge of town, right by the beginning of the forest. After today I think I deserve a treat. I grab my outside bag and head right back out the door towards the forest.
