Izuku POV:

To say the night was filled with easy sleep would have been too much of a lie, even for me. Granted my sleep was already pretty nonexistent to begin with, but now with everything it seems to be worse. But what broke me out of thought was Toga, claiming that she apparently couldn't fight today but Dabi would. I didn't really question it, especially since Shigi often doesn't check ahead with me on sending out members for useless missions.

After that I had rearranged plans to where Dabi and I, and Mr. Compress if he were able to, would train with Kacchan and probably a few others. Though first I had to go meet with my mentor, All for One. It would probably just consist of a continuous discussion or something about last time. Continuing the baseless fight with Shigi.

As I finished up my morning duties, I put the board up for everyone's schedule for the next few days. And having found myself leaving a note for Kacchan, claiming the change of plans. Kurogiri luckily helping shorten both tasks, agreeing to deliver the message as well as transport me to AFO.

Cautiously, my feet landed down on the concrete, shrouded by darkness and lights with huge tanks and pipes everywhere. "Ah my child, there you are," the man had claimed, surely having heard the clack of my boots against the concrete.

My legs walked a little further before having knelt down to show loyalty to AFO. "You requested for me, sir." My voice reached as my head went up as I stood, I knew what this was about but it was still part of my courtesy to ask.

He cleared his throat before having spoke once more, "yes. Last time I had proposed the idea of handing down all for one, though it had been undecided who the successor would be." He paused nearing the hope I was listening, in which I just nodded. "Despite having known Tomura the longest, I do think the best option is for you to carry it. Having both all for one and one for all at your disposal, we can rise together my child."

My face deepened, only meeting a scowl he couldn't see through the darkness. "Of course sir," my voice said with no emotion yet so much intensity. I knew he had his plans for this, but I had my own. Some that none of the League could ever find out about. And with this, he invited me closer. My knees knelt down to where my head would be in clear reach for his hand.

What I had not expected was the intense pain I was to be getting, after all no one in history has had two full quirks within them. As he put his hand down, the quirk was transferring with a pulse throughout my body. The pulse that had nearly sucked all air out of my lungs and throat. A pulse that had twisted my stomach, nearly making my throat wrench with bile. But to stuff it all down quietly, my fists gripped harder along with my clenched jaw.

Soon enough though, the pulsating had quit, leaving me with a dull ache through my body. The ache as if I had been training all day, with no break included. Liveable, but definitely needing a warm shower soon. With that, I stood almost having lost balance, but catching myself on my heel.

As I caught my balance once again, he spoke with his finger pointing towards one of the recent test subjects. "Go test out your quirk child." With that, my feet my made their way to the test subject #143. Lifting my hand, I put it on the test subjects shoulder, in which resulted a slight pulsating to go throughout my body. Having only taken around 40% of the subjects quirk, my hand fell off of it. Turning towards one of the carts, my focus narrowed and my fingers twitched slightly, sending the cart moving the same direction as if someone were truly behind it to move.

AFO broke my focus with a booming clap, "very good. Now try to transmit it back." With that, I turned back around and put my hand back, with a pulsating feel again. Though this round my energy had sort of left, in which caused a mental note about energy gains and decreases. "Make sure to train with it and gather many quirks. These test subjects are free to use as well, my child."

With that, I took it as him dismissing me, in which I bowed and sent a text to Kurogiri. He soon enough opened the portal, in which lazily I stepped through. Once through, many eyes had stunted on me, didn't take sight to feel all the people. The one that had broken silence was none other than Shigi. "So you were with him?!"

For sake of all that God holds dear, he really wanted to start this again... "I was. Now enough said."

Though Shigi, as most times, decided to act like a toddler throwing a fit. Through many scoffs and dramatic waves of his arms, he yelled. "I'm a better choice. Why didn't he choose me as successor?! Kurogiri! Transport me now!" Moving my feet, I ended up sitting and watching him throw a tantrum.

After much argument with himself or Kurogiri, I was allowed to fit in a word. My expression turning nothing more than a death glare out of annoyance. "Are you done now?" He sent a threatening look, "it's done. Now shut up." He grind his jaw, as I stood up, making sure that my pheromones had a bloodlust stance. "You listen to me now, got it." I could see his hesitation, but he knew that I simply could take everything from him now. With his submission, he bowed his head and walked away.

As soon as he was out of sight, my pheromones lessened to nearly nothing. Though the faces behind where Shigi had once stood, looked shocked beyond belief. But it wasn't any of them that had broken the silence, it was Denki and Kacchan having walked through the hallway, followed by Shinso. Though all of them stopped by the amount of tension and dead silence there had been. Shinso was the first to speak, "Uh so... Mr. Compress asked Neito or me to fill in. So boss man, your choice."

I sighed, walking over to where they were, slightly tapping on Shinsou for him to know my answer. Dabi soon following as they all knew where my direction was. Shinsou had disappeared, presumably to grab Neito. Denki and Kacchan following, and soon enough we made it to the room.

When we situated our stuff in the rooms, dabi had referred for teams today. In which i was up for since today I didn't have much mentality for cooperation. As if it was written across my face, Denki offered to take Neito and Dabi. While I keep Shinso and Kacchan. Which I was all for, since they matched around the same as me.

Shinso made himself moreso a distraction for Kacchan, while I use physical attacks. But at some point my focus had began deteriorating, in which landed me a kick to gut from Kacchan. Shinso stopped, with Kacchan to follow, the blond walking towards me to hold a hand out. Though I knew this had been a genuine worry, I used it as training. Yanking him down, swiftly grabbing one of my knives to set against his throat. His expression shocked but turning into a grin. "You got me. But seriously, why's your nerdy head in the clouds dork?"

I got off, as Shinso made his way over, offering my hand to Kacchan to grab. He had taken it, and made his way up. I shook my head, "just exhausted and thinking about stuff from earlier." They had both remained silence, letting me know it was safe to say something and that we weren't leaving till I did confess. Sighing I sat on the nearest bench, "you both know about one for all, and all that stuff. But Shigi and I have been meeting with All for One as our mentor. Today he called for only me, having chosen me as his successor."

Both responded with shocked but determined expressions, which was to be expected. Suddenly Kacchan spoke, "well what now?"

Looking down at my fidgeting hands, I thought seriously about this. I knew what I had to do but I also hadn't known whether it was like All Mights quirk transfer, or his being more lasting and versatile. But I needed a week to examine. With that all I could come up with was one outcome. My eyebrows furrowed, still looking at the fidgeting. "War."
