"Evil resides everywhere, do not capture its attention. If you achieve to grab its attention it will devour you and you will be the muse of its deranged representation." ~ Avleen Kaur Datta (Mitty)

The downpour of the thick rain is masking the city with its pure bliss. Feeling the raindrops on her fingertips and the wind flowing through her body whips her with the warmth of ecstasy. The roof of the stall covering her is the only thing separating this glee.

"It's quite late are you sure you don't want to stay a night at my place" asked her friend. Her voice laced with concern.

"It's fine Stacy, I'll reach my dorm in twenty minutes if I take the earliest train" Nessa said.

"If our groupmates would have arrived on time, then this would not have been the scenario with us stuck in the rain at this late night," said Stacy.

Smile graced her lips hearing her best friend's vexation.

"I better be leaving before it gets too late. The rain has also slowed its pace" Nessa stated. "Alright, call me once you reach home safely." "I will. Bye, see you tomorrow."

With the sight of her friend waving her goodbye she departed towards her destination.

Jogging on the way she saw the streets of Boston city alive in its nighttime. People were rushing to escape the lengthy little droplets of rain.

'I hope people sitting in the comfort of their homes are savoring the euphoria of the rain' Nessa thought.

After five minutes of trotting through the broad streets she reached the underground train station. Escalating down the escalator she viewed the area, very few People were waiting for their trains to arrive and take them to their destination. Sitting down at one of the empty benches at the very end of the station she took a sigh of content. Nessa dug her hand in the backpack for the search of her cellphone to check the time, it was nine - thirty p.m.

It was quite late, and she needed to reach her dorm by ten.

She was humming a song to pass the time when suddenly she felt a shadow loom above her. She raised her head to watch the profile of the person and the sight got her stuck in a daze.

The face looking back at her wasn't just an ordinary face but the one that always left her in an awestruck.

Those grey eyes shone brighter than the moon and it got her to want that eyes on her descending its light down on her for always.

"Nessa" the person called her out with his deep, appealing and alluring voice. Just her name leaving his lips made her flesh crawl beneath her skin. Like a moth to a flame her body wanted to reach out to him.

"Nathan" she said astounded to just see him here at this time of the night.

Nathan Miller is a senior in Nessa's university, A guy who vehemently stole her breath since the first time she laid her eyes on him. They both met at a collage event through some mutual friends. The first time she laid her eyes upon him she got dazzled by the sight and also what captivated her more towards him was his mysterious and dark aura that he bears. What could have been the odds that she ran into him so unexpectedly in this dusk.

" What a coincidence I must say" he said and then sat beside her.

She nodded her head in approval beaming at him and just trying to control her anxious energy that she was oozing of. They sat in a short silence observing their surroundings when suddenly he asked.
