She sat in silence as she remembered what had just taken place. She remembered his lips on hers. How it felt like forever, but happened so quickly. She took in his lingering scent as he filled her mind. He was all she could think about in that moment, he was becoming an option. And she did not like it one bit.

He was forbidden. He was not someone she was supposed to be interested in. He was someone she had not seen coming when she started working there. She had seen him in passing, and had even been distant towards him, but all has failed. All had quickly went to shit very quickly.

She wanted to forget what had happened, but she couldn't. She wanted to pretend she hadn't let that happen, but she did. She wanted everything to go back to what it was before she had fucked up, but it wouldn't. What was done, was done, and there was nothing she could do to go back, but make a decision on she went forward.

In her mind she wanted it to happen again. She wanted to taste his lips again. She wanted to feel that rush of energy she felt from knowing what she was doing was wrong. She wanted to look into his eyes and know she was his world in that moment. She loved knowing that she was everything to him and that he had worked hard to get her to that point. She could see the way he looked at her, and it sent shivers down her spine. Just thinking about that moment made her want to jump out of her sit with excitement, but she stayed still. He was the first thing she had done that was truly bad, and she kind of liked it. She loved knowing that someone wanted her for her.

He was her secret and she was his. They had made an unspoken pact that neither of them would tell a soul of what had happened between them for it was not righteous. She smiled knowing that they would probably entangle soon, and that excitement traveled south. This was not the place for that.

She leaned her had back against her chair trying to calm herself, but that wasn't happening, He was on her mind. Until this point they had just been text messages but now they were action. Now they were a stolen kiss in his office. Now they were looks that lingered with passion. Now they were quick but gentle touches where no one could see. Now they were more. Now they were a secret.

It wasn't until the high wore off that she felt what she had just done. She had become what she swore she never would. She had did what she said she nver would. She had lied to herself and others. Who was she? What was she doing? What had she done?

She had let the devil take her hand and lead her to the door to hell, and then allowed him to pull her inside. The devil had wrapped his arms around her and whispered in her ear, and she let him. She ignored the pleading sounds of her conscience and instead listened to joyous sound of her passion. She was not herself.

She knew what she had just done had now opened a door that could not easily be closed. She knew that was coming would either make or destroy her. She knew that going down this route would make her a person she hated. But she needed this. She needed him. She needed him to make her feel something she was missing. She needed him to be something she needed in the moment. She needed him to be hers. She needed him not to be married.
