I see Danny completely submerged in his alcohol, his demeanor completely different from this morning. I came over to him, sitting next to him.

"Hey Scott." He said wearily.

"Hey Danny.. have you been drinking?" I asked.

A simple nod was all he gave me, I looked around.

"Why did you call me up? Is something wrong?" I said questioning him.

He nodded; but as he was pulling up the case file, I heard him sigh.

"Cassie (Y/N), the reason I have been drinking is because of my wife. I told her tonight I needed separation."

What?

"I'm sorry Danny, I hope I haven't been adding to your stress.." I sighed.

He turned to me after pulling up the file. His eyes were dark, looking me up and down. My air became stuck in my throat, watching his every move.

"I need a distraction." He stated.

I thought carefully.

I'm with Jeremy.
But...
It wouldn't hurt right?
He told his wife that they are separating for a bit, and usually that means they broke up.
I can't help my curiosity.

"Me?" I said, coming off more sexy than what I had intended it to.

Fuck I will get fired just by saying it like that.

"Exactly~" he purred.

My mind went blank. My senses were in overload. Without even thinking, I Hastily picked up the left over Jack in his cup, I knock it back on the clean side of the glass. The burning sensation in my throat only subsided my worry for a split second.

I stood up abruptly, soft panic painted on my face.

"Danny are you crazy? There are cameras on, on top of it, yes we know each other, but we Don't know each other.." I replied.

He gets up out of his chair, slowly coming closer to me. The smell of his cologne surrounded me, having no choice but to take a whiff. I look up into his eyes, looking me over like I'm the porterhouse dinner the other night.

"Do you want me?" He asked.

Why can't I answer?
Why can't I say no?

My body seemed to move on it's own, my head slightly nodding to him. As my eyes move around, there was no cameras around Danny's desk. I sighed some relief in my head, being able to slightly relax. He then moved to close the space between us, him slightly towering over me.
