Their relationship developed after their impromptu lunch, which is great. So great. But, Heeseung just didn’t know if his heart could keep up with Jungwon’s doing and his words too. Damn these butterflies.

Heeseung turned to look at Jay after the man nudged his arm. “What?” Jay, then pointed to the front and Heeseung turned to look at it. “Your man is here.”

Heeseung quickly kicked Jay’s legs under the table. “My man, my foot.”

“He’s your man if you stopped being a flustering gay everytime he approached you. He likes you too. I’m positive.” Sunghoon suddenly attacked.

“C’mon. He’s Jungwon. Maybe he didn’t actually likes me that way? He just find comfort in me?” Heeseung felt a sudden insecurity kicked in.

Sunghoon groaned. “Jay. Did your friend knew that there’s bunch of people lining up for him too?”

Jay shrugged. “I don’t think so. Why? Because he’s an idiot.”

“Guys. I’m here.” Heeseung interrupt.

Jay and Sunghoon looked at their friend. “You’re not that bad, Lee Heeseung. Just a little bit confident and he’s yours. Okay shut up- he’s here. Oh hi, Jungwon.” Sunghoon smoothly cut their conversation.

The three of them looked at the man who just reached their table. “Hi, everyone. Finally I get to see you, Hee hyung.” Jungwon said with a smile on his face.

Both Jay and Sunghoon looked at each other as they felt like they’re third wheeling the two people. Sunghoon nudged Jay, before the two of them stand up. “Eh. Where are you guys going?” Heeseung quickly panicking.

The two men grinned. “Erm. I need to be at my coach’s room in 10 minutes.” Sunghoon said, which is actually not a lie except he needs to see his coach in 2 hours.

“Oh. I’m taking a dump. It’s urgent. Bye guys. Take care of him, Won.” Jay said before him and Sunghoon quickly take off from the scene.

Heeseung was left speechless at the speed they’re going- how could they do this to me? He mentally smacked his friends for setting him up.

He turned to looked at Jungwon, who was still standing close to him with his hands on the desk- holding him. He was caught off guard when Jungwon came closer. “Can you stop coming closer to me every single time?”

Jungwon smirked. “I can’t. Why would I do that when I can see hyung’s pretty face up close.”

Heeseung’s heart skips a beat, again. This kid is definitely dangerous to his heart. “So that’s how you talked with all your admirers?” Heeseung rolled his eyes- just to look like he was not affected by it.

Jungwon shakes his head. “I never dated anyone before.” Heeseung quickly turned to look at the younger man. He was definitely not expecting that answer. “You’re lying. How come your words are so… flirty?”

Jungwon smirked as he sat in front of Heeseung. “So you knew I was being flirty with you. Is it working, hyung?”

Heeseung swore he could feel his knees getting jelly right now. He can’t do this any longer if Jungwon couldn’t shut his mouth. “Just shut up. Don’t answer me. You’re annoying.” He groaned in annoyance.

Jungwon laughed at the older’s reaction. “Okay. I’m sorry.” He chuckles again when he looked at Heeseung’s face. “You’re cute when you’re annoyed. I can’t help but to bug you.”

Heeseung glares at the younger one. “You want to answer me or not? If not, I’m gonna leave you here.” He felt the need for him to run away until Jungwon slightly pulled at his hand.

“Stay.” To which Heeseung complied. Jungwon rest his chin on his palm as he looked at the older man. “It’s true. I never dated anyone before. You can asked my friends.”

“Hyung. You’re the first one I flirted with and… it’s because I want to.” Jungwon added. Heeseung was quickly broke their gazes, panicking on the inside. Fuck Jungwon and his words.

Jungwon slightly touched his fingers when the older one was not being responsive, although he could see the older’s ears were literally painted in red shades. “Hyung?”

Heeseung flinched at the touch. “Are you okay?” The older tries to utter a word but he just couldn’t bring himself to. He was still not processing Jungwon’s words.

The next day

“So you just ran away? When in fact, he admitted he was flirting with you?” Sunghoon said in one breath.

Heeseung hummed. “It was too much. I don’t know how to react and it was too sudden like- how can’t possibly really likes me in less than a month, right? I’m afraid. What if he’s actually playing with my feelings because of what happened before?”

Sunghoon sighed heavily. “Then, how are you gonna face him later?”

Heeseung whined as he pulled his hair in frustration. “I don’t know. Oh how I wish I didn’t do that stupid move and keeps on liking him in secret.”

Sunghoon rubbed his friend’s back to console him. “That’s because you’re an idiot.” Heeseung groaned. “You ruined the moment. I know it’s true but you don’t need to attack me like that.”
