from what?

Heeseung was finally back to class after a week of resting- and Jungwon had been taking a good care of him throughout the week. Just like right now, the younger man insisted to pick up Heeseung this morning.

Jungwon quickly went to Heeseung’s side after turning off the engine- to open the door for the older. “Here you go. Wait. I’ll take your things too.”

Heeseung just stood there, watching his boyfriend- boyfriend, Heeseung smiles at the thought. “Let’s get you to the class.” Jungwon said.

“Let me take my bag.” Heeseung was about to take it when Jungwon brought it far from Heeseung’s grip. “Not yet. You can bring it when we’re there.”

Heeseung whines. “Fine.” Jungwon smiles before he grabbed Heeseung’s other hand and hold it. The older one can’t help but laughed softly when his boyfriend swung their hands together.

“Ehem.” The couple turned to look at the voice and saw Sunghoon and Jay standing behind them. “Morning.” Heeseung greeted.

His two friends looked at each other, before shifted their attention to the couple’s entwined hands. “Ahh I see. That’s why you looked happy today.” Sunghoon teased.

Jungwon chuckles softly. “Or else he would be grumpy in the morning. Are you happy going to class with your boyfriend, hyung?”

Here he goes again. “Shut up. You’re starting to be annoying again.” That earned laughter from Jungwon. “My day won’t be complete without teasing you. Anyways, here is your bag.” Jungwon put the bag into Heeseung’s uninjured hand.

“Ask for someone’s help if you can’t do things by yourself. Don’t be stubborn. That bone won’t heal like a magic, y’know.” Jungwon said as he stares right into Heeseung’s eyes.

Heeseung nodded. “Okay. Don’t be too fierce.” Jungwon squinted his eyes. “You’ll be so stubborn if I don’t do this. Right, hyung?”

Both Jay and Sunghoon nodded. “What?” Jay said, when he saw Heeseung glaring at them. “It’s true, tho.” Jay added.

“Go inside now, hyung. Have a great day today to the three of you. See you at lunch, boyfriend.” Both Sunghoon and Jay laughed when they saw Heeseung blushed so hard.

“Shut up, Jungwon. Get lost.” Heeseung groaned in annoyance. His boyfriend just wouldn’t stop teasing him.

Time skips; three months later

The couple and their friends decided to just hangout together after class, with an addition of Jake to the group. That man just got back from his exchange student program last week and he was the most excited over Jungwon’s dating life. Oh! Jake is actually Jungwon’s cousin.

“Guys.” Jungwon suddenly broke the silence. “We need to go first. My noona just arrived from the UK and she had been constantly asking to have dinner tonight. Sorry for leaving first.”

Sunoo waves his hand lightly. “Nahhh it’s fine. Send our regards to noona.” Jake nodded. “Yeah. We can hangout among us just fine. Plus, I like having new friends too.” Jake added.

Heeseung smiles. “That’s great then. Have fun guys. See you guys tomorrow.” Their friends waved them goodbye and Jungwon’s friends keep on looking at the couple.

“I’m so happy for Jungwon. Look at them being so in love.” Sunoo said, as he smiles at the couple bickering before they got into the car.

Jake rest his chin on his palm. “You know. I’ve been praying he got himself a boyfriend before he graduates.”

Jay laughed. “Oh your prayers were heard.” Jake smiles too. “I was shocked too when I heard he had boyfriend.”

Niki laughed. “And turns out his boyfriend is his crush since high school.”

The whole table went silence when Sunghoon shouted in surprise. “What?! His crush from what?!”

“High school?” Niki replied. “So, you guys pretend to not know Heeseung?” Sunghoon asked, to which Niki, Sunoo and Jake nodded. “Yeah.”

Sunoo grins innocently. “Jungwon told us to act like we don’t know him. He was afraid if Heeseung hyung would think he followed him here. I guaranteed that he was enrolled here by pure coincidence.”

Jay laughed in disbelief. “Wow. They really meant to be together. And since high school too? How come we never recognized Jungwon? That’s amazing.”

“This Jungwon was not the old Jungwon. He was that quiet student in school. He was not that well known, especially among seniors. The three of us are always with him since we’re small but since he was more intelligent than us, we were in different school.” Sunoo said, which it brought amazement to Sunghoon and Jay again.

Jake pat Jay’s back. “Shocking, right?”

“Totally.”
