In this form you will have increased speed and strength not to an extreme level let's say if I had to scale it, it would be like Deku's One for All at 70%.
-Enhanced Form

In this form you will be able to use a lot of strength of the dragon form, I'd say about 85 % dragon strength which would be One for all at 110%, but in this form you will be able to fly and be a lot faster then in dragon form
