"Ah."

Taejin's voice flattened as he looked at the video that Yuseom produced. He didn't ask for any proof or portfolio before saying yes, but he did have to say that whatever he did made him look good. It seemed stylish and chic, how he was presented.

Although he cringed a bit at his eye acting as he sang, he could see how someone might think he was cool. The mixing done by Yuseom's father was also good and he didn't see any difference between him and other major producers in terms of audio.

The flattened voice he made only occurred because he looked at the view count. 25 people have viewed it. For an idol, that number was embarrassing. However, for a new channel, it was surprisingly and not a bad start after 14 hours. There weren't any comments on it, so part of him felt grateful while the other part was worried. There were however, 6 likes. But, even if all 6 peopled liked his singing, it didn't mean that all 6 would show up next time to him singing.

Although it was pointless, he would take back his bet with Yuseom and continue this thing. It was harmless, and it was a win-win deal. He wasn't going to be record famous anyway, so it can just be the personal project that they both are working on side-by-side.

"Taejin!" He heard his mother's muffled voice from outside the wall call for him.

"Coming!" He called back as he got up from his bed and ran over, twisting the doorknob open.

Slowing down as he walked into the living room, he saw a familiar figure standing next to his mother. With lilac dyed hair and a familiar bag, he easily called out her name.

"So Dayoung?" He asked, his mouth moving faster than his brain.

Her eyes jumped as her fingers clutched onto the strap. "A-Ah! The one from the cafe!"

Taejin's mother looked at the two confused. "Ah? Taejin, you know of our new part-timer?"

"Part... timer?" He repeated his mother's words as if they were from another language, not understanding what they meant, as he stared into Dayoung's eyes.

They looked somewhat familiar, however, Dayoung and Damin did not look like siblings. Their faces shared no similarity, and neither did their bodies. Dayoung's ponytail swung down as she bowed at him and landed at her shoulder and she stood straight and smiled at him. He blinked, and at that moment, he could see an overlap between the two.

"Nice to meet you! I'm the part-timer that's been working for a week at your mother's tailor shop. I'm sorry for barging in at such a strange time. I didn't think I would be here either..." Her reddened face was filled with worry as she continued to speak in a flustered tone. "I just needed advice on a school project and Ms. Choi graciously invited me so I can bring it here instead."

Taejin smiled politely. "It's nice to meet you. Normally, this time."

"Ah, yes! I'm really sorry about my rudeness from last time." She then turned to his mother. "You see... I saw Jung Wonho in a cafe and since I'm a fan, I wanted to get an autograph. I had mistaken your son for his boyfriend instead."

His mother laughed at her confession and turned to Taejin, a smile still visible on her face as she stifled back her laughter. "I'll be helping her, so would you boil some tea?"

Taejin nodded his head. "Of course."

In the kitchen, as he started making tea, he wondered what the chances of this happening were. If he were famous around his area, then perhaps he would feel self-centered enough to say that she was a stalker and hoping that he would meet up with Wonho and she could see him. However, he didn't stroll around town and usually kept his head down low. He also had no hand in his mother's business either, so it wasn't as if he was well-known, and instead it was his mother's hard work that made her business prosper and known enough that someone would want to work for her.
