y/n walked into the room, head down, tears in her eyes. this day was one of the worst, and she was physically and mentally exhausted . 

she walked over to the couch, where her girlfriend  billie was, and settled on her lap facing her, nuzzling her face in the crook of her neck.

Even though y/n was upset, she still managed to crack a smile, as her girlfriends presence made her feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

billie wrapped her arms around her before asking her, " what's wrong baby?"
"i'm just tired" y/n mumbled, telling her part of the truth.

"what else angel?" she tucked a loose strand of y/n's hair behind her  ear. "what's bothering you?"

unfortunately, that was a question y/n don't have an answer to. sometimes she just felt off. whatever it was, being with billie was the only thing that could fix it, and after a long day of being home alone while she was at work, y/n finally had billie to herself.

"i don't know..."
she kissed her forehead, a way of telling y/n that everything was going to be ok.

physical touch was billie's love language. the small shapes she traced on y/n's knee when she was nervous, the way she played with her girlfriends hair when they were in bed, and the small kisses on y/n's neck to wake her up were all of her ways of telling y/n that she loved her.

y/n hugged her tighter.
"hey, it's okay," billie's brought her impossibly closer to her, desperate to show y/n she was there for her. " you know you can tell me anything."

"i know b, i'm just not really feeling it today. it's been a rough day." she looked up at her with a reassuring look. billie tilted her head to the side, studying her partners face, with a small smile of sympathy.

billie truly believed y/n was perfect. Billie cupped her face with the palm of her hand and brought y/n in for a passionate kiss.  she smiled into the kiss and loosened her grip on billie's body to make her feel more comfortable. The kiss began to get heated, and y/n felt billies tongue try to make its way into her mouth. she pulled away and billie looked at her with a worried expression.

"i'm sorry, not today baby, " y/n explained. she nodded in understanding. " i promise i'll please you baby, but i don't want to do it when i'm like this. i want to give you all of me, not just a part" y/n pulled her into another kiss and this time, she felt billie smile into it.

"let me run you a bath my love, " y/n grinned at billie and got out of her lap so she can get up. she took her hand and y/n followed her into the bathroom.

billie picked her up and gently placed her on the sink, before kissing her once more. she ran the water in the bath, with some bubble soap, and epson salt. she lit a few candles too. when she was done she came back and stood in between y/n legs.

"i love taking care of you," she kissed y/n's   nose, and then her head. "do you want me to help you get undressed or do you want me to leave?"
"billie, what kind of person would i be to have you do all of this for me and then have you leave?" she giggled in response.

billie tugged at the hem of her shirt, hinting to put her hands up so she can take it off. she threw it somewhere on the floor. y/n shivered from billie's cold hands as they began to rub up and down her sides.  She peppered kisses all over her top. y/n got off the sink and took off her pants and underwear , leaving her just in a bra.

"you're so fucking beautiful y/n," she said, admiring every inch of her girlfriends body. billie's hands guided her to turn around, so that she can unclasp her bra, which she also threw on the floor.

y/n wasn't ashamed near billie. for all she knew, billie loved her the way she was; y/n was perfect in her eyes. she felt the same way about billie too. she knew her like the back of her hand, where every birthmark is, every scar, every spot that felt good; she knew exactly how please her and how to make her feel better. she was ethereal, and there was nothing in the world that y/n loved more than billie.

" let's get you into the bath, yea?" she said calmly, trying to look into y/n's eyes with her boobs as an obvious distraction. with one swift motion, y/n took off billie's shirt. she looked at her with a confused face.

"get in the bath with me," y/n pleaded, although it came out more as a command.

within a few minutes, billie was stripped naked, and they were both in the bath, billie against the wall and y/n sitting in between her legs. y/n's  back faced her her girlfriends chest.

billie took a small washcloth, and poured some soap on it. she rubbed it over y/n's skin, washing her gently. she massaged her shoulders and back, relieving any tension or stress. y/n relaxed into her lovers arms.

"i love you so much y/n," billie nuzzled her face into her neck shyly, and hugged her. "how are you feeling?" she asked, leaving small kisses on y/n's  neck.
"i feel amazing baby thank you," y/n turned around to press a soft kiss to billie's lips
