"Haley smash!!" Isaiah said loudly in my face. "I'm not the hulk, ISAIAH." I said, frustrated. "Everyone run! Haley's turning green!" Everyone in the classroom scattered in different directions, except Craig, my boyfriend. He was red, laughing like it was the funniest thing he'd ever seen. I glanced over at Jordan, My BFF since 3rd grade, and said "Some friend you are." Under my breath. Nobody knew how frustrating this was. "Stop!" I yelled. "It's not funny!" I said. Isaiah laughed sharply. "It kind of is." He said across the room. I ALMOST pulled my hair out. SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP!!!! "ISAIAH, STOP." This was his last chance. "What, you gonna flip a desk?" I set my pencil down on my desk. "Come get me, Hulk!" I walked over to him. "Knock it off, Isaiah." I said firmly. He kept babbling on about how I had anger issues like the hulk, but I didn't care. I raced after him across the room, adrenaline running through my veins. That was it. I was planning on giving him a neck massage. A very LONG NECK MASSAGE... But I was interrupted by Mr. Gessell, my 6th grade math teacher (And my current), walking into the room. "Everyone take their seats, and pull out your reading books." Except, It wasn't Mr. Gessell. We had a sub. "My name is Mr. Thompson. If you are good, I will tell you riddles after class." I rolled my eyes as I sat down. "What a bunch of bullsh-" I was cut off by a sharp 'shhhhhh' from behind me. I grabbed my book Wings of Fire: The Brightest Night from under my chair. I opened it, and my picture of Klavier Gavin slipped out. Hello, Klavier... I thought to myself, getting the chills. "Haley?" Allison whispered to me. I ignored her. "Haley?" Ignored again. "Hey Haley...?" "What!?" I whisper-yelled. "Excuse me young lady, you need to be quiet." I frowned. "I wasn't talking-" Allison closed her book. "It was me." AT LEAST SOMEONE IS NICE. I glared at Isaiah. As I was reading, I got a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach. I got up to get a drink when I felt someone's eyes burning holes in the back of my skull. The first thing most people think is Is there something on my face? Or Did I sit in something? My thoughts exactly were Is he/she trying to pick a fight with me? I shook my head and kept walking. After all nothing was wrong. Was there something wrong? No, I thought, There shouldn't- COULDN'T- Be anything wrong. Getting my drink from the drinking fountain, I winked at Jordan. She smiled back. The bad feeling I had, had risen from my belly to my throat. Sitting down, I glanced down at the Klavier Gavin picture on my desk. I sighed and smiled, thinking I'll find my Klavier one day...
