With proper medication and dedicated treatment, Dabi undergoes transformative surgery, shedding his former identity and embracing his birth name, Touya Todoroki-Takami. Under the care of Recovery Girl, his damaged skin is replaced with healthy grafts, and he forgoes the need to dye his hair.
Meanwhile, Endeavor and Hawks' involvement in questionable activities results in their incarceration following a lengthy trial. The disbandment of the commission marks a significant shift in the dynamics of hero society. Keigo finds solace in his newfound family with Touya, relishing in the joy of watching their son Hato grow. Together, they maintain close ties with Rei and Hato's extended family.
During the rehabilitation program, Shigaraki, now known as Tenko Shimura once more, crosses paths with a Dr. Todoroki. As they engage in conversations, they soon discover that they had been anonymously conversing online prior to their encounter.
Two years later, the Class 1-A graduates embark on their own journey, establishing their agency. The Todorokis, witnessing Shoto's accomplishments with pride, attend his graduation ceremony, celebrating his achievements alongside Inko Midoriya, whose overwhelming emotions threaten to flood the venue, while Mitsuki and Masaru cheer enthusiastically.
In the years that follow, Kirishima, Bakugou, Midoriya, Shoto, Natsuo, and Tenko reunite with Kazumi, Shosuke, Hikki, and Setsuko, their bonds forged stronger by the trials they've endured together.
With hearts filled with hope and determination, each of them embarks on a new chapter, embracing the promise of a brighter future as they leave behind the shadows of their past. In the end, it's a triumphant conclusion for all, as they navigate the challenges of life with renewed purpose and unity.
