Vances POV

I asked the teacher if I could move next to Bruce for their lesson because I really want to be friends with him. I mean he seems so cool and I think it would be so fun to hang out with him, also because I have like a fat ass crush on him that I'm still denying but he doesn't need to know that yet does he

(Time skip after school)

Vances POV still

It was the end of the day and I'm waiting outside the gated for Bruce since we didn't have the last class together anyways I was going to ask him if he wanted to hang out after school because I really don't want to go home because my dad is going to be home in like 3 hours and I really don't want to deal with him today so I wait for Bruce for about 10 minutes until I realize he has a baseball game today so I walk to the back of the school and go to the baseball felid and I see him and this other boy talking, i think his name is finney. I only know because my friend robin had a fat crush on him and it's so fun to take the mick out of him.anyways I walk up to Bruce and finney
"Hey bruce, hi finney"
"Hey vance"Bruce said in his normal happy tone
"Oh hi vance"finney said,he seemed scared?
I see robin walk up to us, I think he's here to see finney I don't know
"Hey guys" robin said
"Oh hi" -Bruce
"O-o h-hey robin"finney stuttered out,he was red and so was robin

No ones POV

"Finney could I talk to you please?"robin said nervously
"Oh ehh yeah o-okay"
Then they walked off under the bleachers.
"anyways are you free after baseball?" -vance
"Ehh yeah I think so why?"-bruce
"I was wondering if you wanted to hang out?"-vance
"Oh ehh yeah sure, do you wanna come to mine after?"-bruce
"Yeah sure"-vance
"Okay"

(Time skip to after baseball)

Finneys  team won so Bruce was a bit sad but he knew he couldn't show it otherwise vance would think he was pathetic even though he wouldn't.
After the game they started walking, vance asked if they could go to his house before so he could change his clothes and put his bag away before his dad go home so that's what they did. Vance changed into a hoodie and sweatpants and he tied his hair up in a bun before they left.

(Time skip to at Bruce's house)
Bruce's  POV

When we got to mine I asked vance what he wanted to do
"So what do you wanna do?"
"I don't mind"
"Wanna watch a movie?"
"Yeah sure"
"What movie do you wanna watch?"
"Oo I heated there is a new movie called the red phone"
"Okay what's it about?"
"Basically there's these girls called Fiona,rose,Bella,Greta,Brooke and Victoria and they all get kidnapped"
"Oh?"
"Yeah"
"Okay I'll put it on"
"Great"
Tbh I didn't really wanna put it on but I did it anyways since vance really wanted to seem to watch it,it was a horror movie and I hate horror but I watched it for vance.
"hey vance?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you wanna stay over"
"Oh ehh yeah sure"

No ones POV

Bruce and Vance sat on Bruce's bed and started to watch the movie then a jumps are came on and Bruce hugged Vance waist then he realized,
"shit I'm so sorry vance"he started to blush
"It's fine"vance said also blushing
They carried on watching the movie and Bruce started to fall asleep on Vances shoulder,vance realized this and just let him, he looked tired anyways.When vance thought Bruce was fully asleep he kissed him on the forehead "goodnight bruce,love you" he fell asleep soon after.Bruce woke up in the middle of the night to go to get water and he tried to get up but he felt something around his waist.

Bruce's POV

I woke up to get water and tried to stand but I felt something around my waist,I looked and saw vances arms where wrapped around my waist and his head tucked in my neck.I didn't want to move but at the same time I really needed a drink so I got up anyways. I walked back into my room and saw wince awake scrolling on his Phone.
"Hey vance"
"Oh hey"
"What are you doing up it's like 3am"
" I could ask you the same thing"
"I got water"
"I woke up when you went to get water"

Vances POV

I didn't, I lied I woke up when I realized my arms were around Bruce's waist and I didn't want to move to I just stayed like that and couldn't get back to sleep.

"Okay" Bruce said in a sleepy voice.goddd I love his morning voice( not in a weird way)
"I'm gonna go back to sleep"
"Same" he said yawning
I then fell asleep facing the opposite way to Bruce when I felt arms slip around my waist.I could feel my face heating up but soon I fell asleep.

I woke up and I was still being hugged by Bruce but I didn't want to move because it was so comfy and i felt so safe.I hear Bruce waking up so I quickly pretend to be asleep
"Vance I know your awake"
"Dang"
Bruce chuckled, "god he's so cute"I whispered
"What?" Bruce said confused
"What?"I said even more confused
"You think I'm Cute?"
SHIT,I said that out loud
"Ehh I- umm I"
"Vance it's fine I think your cute too" he giggled
He thinks I'm cute?
Before I knew it I get lips on mine,it took me a second to realize what was happening but I quickly kissed back it wasn't a lousy kiss ether,no Bruce knew what he was doing.
After about 3 minutes we broke apart for air
"Omg that really just happened" I said still in shock
"I guess it did" Bruce said whilst his face was still super red.
"By the way I was awake when you kissed my forehead" Bruce says smirking
Whilst I'm going super red.
