"Welcome Alpha of pack Ashrock, I trust you had a safe journey?"

There was a glint from the earring as the man scoffed, almost pushing Violet to the ground as he stormed into the Packhouse. Many of the members already staring at the visiting Alpha with deathly glares until Violet brushed her hand against her skirt, instantly setting the room at ease.
Instead of causing a ruckus, Violet walked around the main room of the pack house, many of the residents bowing their heads as she passed despite her insistence not to.

As usual, it wasn't long before the Alpha from before, towering over Violet like many adults, stomped out of the Alpha's office. His knuckles had dripping blood and despite not having her first shift, yet, the scent was powerful enough to recognize as not his.
Violet released a sigh when he left and walked into the office, finding their pack's Alpha collapsed on the floor. Blood dripped from his nose which looked almost torn off, but she didn't worry too much knowing how fast he would heal.

"How much this time?"
"Don't matter."

He winced as Violet slammed a cloth onto the blood, her nose flaring even when he growled at her.
"It does matter. This has to stop, all of it. You have to realize that all you're doing is bringing this pack to ruins and I won't pay for this."
"Vi-" He started but instead she stood up and turned away.

"We've dissolved many of our alliances with the other packs, our hunting grounds are slowly getting drained and our pack is restless. The ONLY reason our pack is still standing is because of your reputation, which is slowly dying out. Our lands are at risk so you need to wake up."

Violet turned her face slightly to glare at him intensely, curling her hand into a fist.

"Or Mum won't be the only person who leaves you."

Before he could say a word or stand up, she left his office with deep breaths. With every way to fix the pack, her mind made a new reason it would fall, all except one fix. The only one the pack would never agree to.
As she pondered this making her way into the main room again whispers were being hushed.

"I know what you're talking about."

A male voiced up a little, rubbing his head.
"We don't mean to be disrespectful Vi, we just...it's gotten out of hand"
"At this rate, we won't last another winter!"
"He will kill us all!"

A small outburst of agreement followed before Violet raised her hands, furrowing her eyebrows.
"Trust me, I know. But I don't really see what options we have, without an Alpha our pack would fall and with our Alpha, it will still fall just slower. We all know he won't change..."

With every passing moment, dread started to fill her chest until she fell silent, waiting as everyone looked towards her until eventually, the same male who first spoke up asked hesitantly.
"What if...we had a new Alpha? Or rather...A Luna?"

A few murmurs rose from the pack before Violet's eyes grew,
"You want me to challenge him!? There's no way! He may be weak and useless right now but I've never shifted, He'd still be stronger than me and capable to kill me."
She swallowed.

"I...didn't think you'd want me as your Luna, not without an Alpha on my side?"

One of the she-wolves stepped forward, and Violet recognized her as having recently given birth.
"We don't expect you to fight him...but we do want you to lead us, you've been leading this pack for years Vi you just never knew it. We want you to lead us back to how we used to be, before...everything else."

Everyone nodded and for a moment she felt weak, bracing herself and smiling warmly.

"Then when I shift I will challenge my father and take the pack if you all want me."

There was a positive cry from every member, even the Beta stepped forward and bowed his head. Clark, smiled warmly up at her.
"At your service, Luna Violet."

There was a small fire burning in her eyes, Violet had trained for years to be a leader. Building relationships with every member of the pack for this day, it was a tradition for a pack to be passed on only after finding a Mate since the Moon Goddess made one for each soul and only their soul.
As far as she knew there had never been a pack led solely by a Luna, a daughter of an Alpha.

"First things first, we need alliances."
