Ever since the US Federal Court executed a man for kidnapping and murdering five kids, these groups of people dubbed Takers have been popping up everywhere.
In a good, small city, there would only be about thirty kidnappers.
It's pretty severe, yeah, but if you follow the rules, chances are, you'll be fine.
At least, that's what I thought.
