When Finn and Saylor were 3, Bucky and Lexie had another set of boy/girl twins they named them "Aurelia Nicole and Thomas James." They had six kids total including Camden and Camryn from Bucky's marriage from Serena.
Bucky became a top neurosurgeon like his dad, and Lexie became one of the top pediatric surgeons on the East Coast. They bought a Hamptons house not to far from their parents homes.
Serena, had moved back to Boston shortly after the divorce. Bucky had the kids full time she had them during school breaks, and they alternated holidays. She eventually remarried, her new husband was her old highschool sweetheart who gave her two more babies.
Lexie's ex Bryson eventually made his way back to NY after his mom was hurt in a car accident, when he saw Lexie. He was recently divorced and tried to get back with Lexie but she informed him she was happily married to Bucky.
Sage and Sawyer also joined Lexie and Leighton's practice.
