⇘ Cover [5/10]

The cover is one of the main things that attracts a reader to the book. It should fulfill a few aspects such as the connectivity with the plot and its theme, attractiveness, creativity, and overall design.

Talking about your cover, then the very first turn-off for me was the usage of someone else's edit in your cover. It is highly unappreciated as it can lead you to plagiarism accusations. But since you already mentioned it is not yours, that was okay. Though, I would recommend changing the cover to have you in the safe zone. However, the cover was pretty much attractive; keeping aside the first point. It matched the theme of the plot well. Thus, good job on that.

Now coming to the overall design, then I would say it was not that up to the mark. The font selection for the subtitle and username did not seem to go well with the title font and the overall cover look. It kind of seemed off to me. Therefore, all I would suggest is to take help from someone professional in this field.

⇘ Title [3/5]

The title is something that denotes what the story will be about and how it is related. Something intriguing, to the point, and at the same time uniqueness should be there.

The selection of your title was meticulously done, I must say. It just gave off the eerie vibe of the story, which was nice. However, the connectivity of the title to the story was not as well-shown as it was supposed to be. The element to denote that- yes, due to this or that the title came to this; was not displayed well.

Sageo meant death, surely it denoted that fact, but the story did not just revolve only in "death", it also told us the narration behind the death. Yes, you used the word "saga" in the subtitle to show the "story of the death", yet again it seemed off. Because Sageo already meant death and then again the subtitle said, "a death saga"; and now comes like: "Death, a death saga". Now is it not a bit off to sound? Thus, a little attention is needed.

Lastly, the usage of the fancy font in the title. It was not appreciated judging by the fact that laptops and many other devices do not support fancy fonts other than the default ones. Thus, do look into that as well. As it was such an inconvenience during the reviewing period.

⇘ Blurb [1.5/5]

Now the blurb is somewhat the starting of the story and it is the final thing one would check or read before entering your main story. They should be of a quality length and should contain suspense and/or conflict indicating that the story will be revolving around that conflict. And also alluring enough to attract the reader.
