Numon: Pink's story

Untitled Part 1

Numons are strange creatures that exist alongside humans, some people train them for battle, and some keep them as pets, as for Pink she enters her Numon, Fluffy, into beauty contests.

Pink is sitting in front of a mirror brushing her Numon, "Fluffy, we are going to win this time for sure. We are going to win and beat" she rolls her eyes and uses a mocking tone, "Cyan and her Numon Princess. They're such snobs."

fluffy response with an excited bark.

later, while walking fluffy they come across Cyan and Princess, "Oh, Cyan."

"Ahh, Pink walking your mutt."

"Fluffy is not a mutt! she is the prettiest Numon in the world and will win the next contest."

"Oh, if she is so pretty how come she has never won?" Pink loses some of her enthusiasm. Cyan and Princess give smug smiles. "Just give up, you can't win. I gave Princess an expensive makeover."

"She looks like she's in pain?"

"A little pain is worth being beautiful."

That night Pink is reading a book, "What it takes to win. Winning Numon pageants." she looks towards fluffy who is panting happily at Pink, "To make your Numon beautiful you want it thin. Feed it our special Numon brand feed, if you can't afford it, you can always just starve it until you reach the ideal weight." Pink looks it up on her phone, "Man, it's expensive and the review says it has little nutritional value, but other reviews say it works it even makes their coat shine. Grr, when are mom and dad getting back, they aren't picking up and I Want their advice? What do you think, Fluffy?"

The next day

Fluffy has food on her fur and is running around happily.

"Make sure to get our name-brand collars. Put it on tight, loose collars looks tacky. The tighter the better." Pink tightly puts the collar on Fluffy starts wheezing, "Oh no. Is it choking you? You can breathe, right?"

The next day

Fluffy looks at her food bowl she pushes it away."

"Come on Fluffy eat, that stuff is expensive." Fluffy whimpers and slowly eats it. "Make sure to get our name-brand collars. Put it on tight, having loose collars looks tacky. The tighter the better." Pink tightly puts the collar on Fluffy starts wheezing, "Oh no. Is it choking you? You can breathe, right?"
