TWO YEARS LATER
Kavin and Purvi along with their one years old daughter Pari, visited his home. His family had accepted purvi. It was morning time, when they reached home. They were meeting everyone, while Priya was busy handling Pari. Kavin was having a talk with his grandmother. Purvi was laying tje breakfast table. Meanwhile, Ishita entered inside chuckling..
"Dadi, dekho app se milne kaun aaya hai." She said
Vandana looked up and was happily surprised to find Divya.
She pulled her in a hug.
"Kaise ho tu beta?" She asked cupping her face.
Divya parted the hug.
"App ka ashirwad hai Dadi. App kaisi hai?" She asked
"Main achi hoon. Tum aa gayi ho toh aur zyada achi ho gayi hoon. Lekin aane se pehle phone toh karna tha." She said
Divya smiled "Mujhe app ko surprise dena tha. Waise main app ke liye yeh laayi thi." She said kept a packet in Vandana's hand.
"Yeh sab kya hai?" She asked
Divya smile. "App ki beti ki taraf se ek chota sa tohfa. App ko yaad hai main ek conference ke liye Dubai gayi thi. Wahin se laayi thi. Magar app se mil nahi paayi." She said
Vandana smiled. "Acha, isey rakh do main baad mein dekhungi."
Divya gave her some more packets. "Yeh meri taraf se tohfe hain. After all meri dost ki shaadi jo hone jaa rahi hai." She said pulling Ishita in a hug.
"Aur app ab aa rahi hai? Not fair." Ishita complained
Divya smiled.
"Kya karu? Doctor hoon na. But don't worry. Ab teri shaadi tak chutti par hoon." She said
Ishita chuckled. "Wow! Then it's gonna be fun."
Divya smiled at her excitement. Meanwhile purvi called everyone for breakfast. It was then when Divya notice kavin and purvi.
She smiled lightly. "Acha Dadi, app log nashta karo. Main chalti hoon." She said
"Are ruk na. Nashta toh kar ke jaa." Purvi said
Divya smiled. "Thanks, Magar main ruk nahi paungi. Chalti hoon." She said
She was moving out of the house. When she heard Priya. She turned to her.
"Ab tak naaraz ho?" She asked
Divya smiled
"Mere naraz hone ya na hone se kya farq padta hai? Apne jo karna tha wahi hua na. Lekin ab khush hoon main. Acha, chalti hoon." She said and moved out of the house.
A DAY LATER
Ishita had invited her for dinner. She agreed to it. They had dinner and later on Ishita took her on the terrance. Cool breeze was blowing, Divya stood with the help of railing. Ishita was telling her some things about her would be husband. Water filled up Divya's eyes hearing her, was noticed by Ishita. She held her hands.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you." She said.
Divya smiled
"Don't be sorry, shayad woh sab meri kismat mein likha hi tha. Iss liye maine faisla liya hai ki Pune shift ho jaungi." She said
"Aur app ke parents?" She asked
"Tha hi kaun mera? Waise bhi rishta toot hi chuka hai." She replied painfully.
Meanwhile, Ishita phone rang and went to attend the call. Divya was looking at the stars. When she felt someone behind her.
It was kavin, she sighed. "What are you doing here? Tumhe iss waqt purvi ke saath hona chahiye." She said
"Neend nahi aa rahi thi. Socha nahi tha tum yahan milo gayi." He said
"Ishita se baatein kar rahi thi. At least iss ghar mein koi toh hai jo mujhe samjhta hai. Aaj nahi, jis din main shaadi ho ke iss ghar mein aayi thi uss din se." She said
Kavin stood silently, Divya looked at him. "Khud ko itna kamzor bhi mat banana ki future mein apni beti ke liye bhi koi stand ne le pao tum." She said eyeing him.
He looked at her. He knew she was right. He looked at her.
"Tumhe kabhi apne decision par dukh nahi hua?" He said finally.
Divya smiled. "Dukh toh mujhe tab hua tha jab tumne mujhe thukraya tha. Dukh tab hua jab tumne humare rishte ko najayaz kaha tha. Pata nahi tha ki jiske liye main ek anjaan ghar mein aayi thi woh toh khud ke liye bhi koi stand nahi ks saka." She said
Kavin was standing silently, she smiled. "Aur uss waqt mujhe apne dost ki chinta zyada thi. Mere kya tha. Maa baap ka pyaar bhi nahi mila, na pati ka, ab toh koi farak nahi padta." She said
Tears welled up in her eyes.
"Agar tumhe apni galti ka ehsaas hai na toh apni beti ko itna strong banana ki future mein khud ke liye stand ke sake. Kahin woh bhi meri tarah tumhare ambition ke beech pis na jaye. Chalti hoon. Good Night." She said
Divya said and turned to find purvi standing there with pari in his arms. The little girl chuckled to see her father. Divya patted the girls cheeks, and left from there. Kavin watched her going and them took purvi and pari to their room. Yet he was guilty for what he did to Divya.

Few days later, Ishita's marriage was done. Divya was talking with Dadi, bidding her Goodbye. Vandana gave her some gifts. She hugged her and moved out of the house. It was then when she felt someone or something holding her dupatta. She turned around to find that the little girl had clutched her dupatta in her little fingers.
She was in her father's arms. Divya smiled and took Pari in her arms. She kissed on her cheeks at which the little girl giggled. She talked to her off a while and then handed her to her father.
She was about to go when, kavin said
"I know Divya. I did much wrong with you. Agar ho sake toh mujhe maaf kar dena. Anjaane mein bohut galtiyan kar di hai, maine." He said feelign guilty.
Divya turned towards him.
"Mujhe tumhe Thank you, bolna chahiye kavin. You told me ki kisi anjaan se pyaar karne se ache hai khud se pyaar karna chahiye. Pari ko aisa mat banana. Agar tum aise karne mein safal ho gaye toh samajh lena maine tumhe maaf kar diya. Chalti hoon." She said and left from there. Kavin was still staring in the blank when purvi come to him and pulled him inside as they had to leave for Mumbai again.
