I can hear the blood running in my veins. It's that moment when your body is so relaxed that you can literally hear your heartbeat, and the blood running through your ears. And that peace was interrupted by heavy metal and loud truck. I knew it was him, the love of my life. I jumped out of bed, throwing my hair up in a bun and throwing on some yoga pants and a hoodie. I grabbed my mascara, threw it in my purse and ran out of my door. I went outside and I felt the sun beating down on my face and I saw his big truck and all the windows down jamming out to Suicide Silence.
I open the door and give him a long kiss but something was wrong, something felt a little off. I knew something was bothering him but I knew better then to ask. I looked down at my phone and some random guy messaged me and sent me a picture. Of course I ignored it, I knew that it was probably just some creeper from Xbox. Yes, I play Xbox. Then I got another picture, like damn this guy was persistent.
"Who's messaging you babe?" I kind of looked at him weirdly...he never asks me those kinds of things. We both agreed since day one that we trusted each other enough to not snoop through each others phones or anything like that. I just replied, "Some guy named JC," Alex flipped his head towards me and slammed on his breaks. "Give me your phone Selene." He said it in that tone where you're kind of startled and to the point of fear. "Why? What's wrong with this guy Alex?" He tried grabbing my phone from my hand. I had the guts to say No. He was gripping the steering wheel so tight that his hands were turning white and his palms were sweating. And his overall complexion was red like he'd been in the sun to long. He asked me one more time, "Give me the damn phone." I had this shock of fear running over my body, my heart pounding out of my chest. As I went for the truck door, he grabbed me by the back of my head, gripping my hair and pulling me towards him. "Did I say you could get out of the truck? Or did I ask you for your fucking phone?" I just didn't respond. And the next thing I knew his fist collided with my face. I tried fighting him back but I knew that I couldn't win. And then everything went black.
Thanks guys! I know that this is a really short chapter but the next part was to much to fit into one chapter! Have a great day! I'll post the next chapter by tonight!
