It had been two years since we joined the training camp, and the days seemed to blur together as we honed our skills to become soldiers capable of defending humanity against the Titans. So far, nobody had discovered my hidden magic.
I had managed to blend in seamlessly, making friends with many of my fellow cadets. When I wasn't spending time with my closest companions, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, I found solace in the company of another trio : Annie, Bertholdt, and Reiner. It was refreshing to spend time with them, their presence bringing a different dynamic to our group.
However, there were two individuals who had particularly captured my interest. Ymir and Krista, both lovely in their own ways, had become good friends of mine. Ymir, with her mischievous nature, always insisted that I join them. Her persistence made me feel valued, and our conversations often led to unexpected laughter and deeper connections.
Amongst the cadets, there were two who never failed to bring a smile to my face : Connie and Sasha. They possessed a unique humor that reminded me of the mischievous Weasley twins.
Jean, on the other hand, was someone who initially proved difficult to understand. His arrogant facade made it challenging to get to know him, but I soon realized there was more to him than met the eye. As time went on, I discovered a depth to Jean's character that piqued my curiosity and admiration.
As for Marco, he was someone I got along with exceptionally well. Marco had set his sights on joining the Military Police, and I couldn't help but admire his determination and the kindness he consistently displayed.
Through Marco, I also had the opportunity to meet Mina and Thomas, both of whom spoke fondly of their families. Their stories brought a sense of familiarity and warmth.
On the magical side of things, Harry had introduced me to his godfather, Sirius Black, who was known as a famous prisoner wrongly accused. I also had the chance to speak with my own godfather, Remus Lupin. Remus and Sirius proved to be kind-hearted individuals who welcomed me into their extended family.
Snape, too, played a role in my training, sending me spells to master. Being in this new world provided an added incentive for Snape to intensify my training, ensuring I could defend myself against any potential threats.
At present, there seemed to be no way for me to return to my original world. However, I was gradually growing accustomed to life here, finding solace in the company of those who had become my support system. They gave me strength and made this foreign land feel more like home.
Today was an eventful day at the training camp. The instructor had organized a challenging exercise for us. We were divided into small groups, and I found myself alongside Krista, Eren, Jean, Armin, Sasha, Mina, Marco, and Connie.
Our task was to split into two teams, each assigned a specific objective planted at a distant location, and then return to the Training Grounds. The journey each way would cover approximately 40 kilometers through a vast forest.
Our team, led by Marco, was the first to embark on this training challenge. Armin diligently recorded our progress, ensuring that every detail was accounted for. Meanwhile, the second team, led by Thomas, was accompanied by Mikasa, who kept a meticulous record of their expedition. The other members of the team were Reiner, Annie and Bertholdt. The two teams set off from the Training Grounds simultaneously, their paths destined to intersect at the designated location.
The objective of this particular training exercise was to instill in us a constant sense of danger, even in non-critical situations. It was a test of our alertness, decision-making skills, and ability to adapt to unexpected circumstances.
" It's a simple exercise. You might think even a fool could accomplish this exercise. That's right! Even in an emergency, a soldier is a soldier. It's the same no matter the situation. Don't forget your will to fight !
