Chapter 1 - high school

Kevin Pov-
I walk down the wall trying to get to class before the bell goes off. I hate History, it's on the OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING! I run fast as I can with getting yell at by one of the teachers. As I turn the corner, I bump into something. I couldn't see what or who it was untill I look down. I see a short ( 5'6) boy with books everywhere. I immediately help him pick up his books.

"I'm so sorry!","I'm in rush and I wasn't paying attention-" he cuts me off. "It's ok, I'm in a rush too"" I'm new here and I'm trying to find 504". That's the same room I'm going to also! As I pick his stuff up, "I'm going there now," "you actually past it but just follow me."

He smile and I gave his books back. While we try to get to room 504, we made it on time by a second. "Oh it's the new student!" people say to each other. The teacher seats the new kid by me. As the new kid sits by me and looks at me with a smile.. "Hey, my name is Streber!" "what's your name?" I look at him and reply " That's a nice name.. I-I'm Kevin."...

(Few Years later they are in they're last year)

Strebers pov-

Me and Kevin have be friends for as long I remember.. I think I was 17 when I met him? Don't remember! Anyways, please don't tell anyone but last year I started liking him. He's just so sweet and helpful, his laughter, smile, jokes, everything about him is so amazing! The down part is that he has a crush on someone else.. I don't know who but it's probably not me. You're probably thinking like, "Wow this man is a pick me." I'm not really! I just can't get my mind off of him.

Kevin calls me on his phone. "Hey Kevin!", "Wassup?"
"Hey are you going to (???) party still?" I look at my planner. "Yeah, I believe so.. I probably will be late because I have to go to my cousin haunted house thing and help him out. "

"That's fine, I just want you to show up because you're like my only best friend, " He laughs softly. Best... Friend?.. I blush a bit," yeah of course! "," Alright, see you Streber.

( After Streber is done with the haunted house he pulls up to the party)

Streber sneaks up to Kevin.
Streber: BOO!

Kevin: Ah! Oh, hey Streber.

Kevin: I wa getting worried that you won't show up..

Streber : yeah.. My bike broke so I had to walk here..

Streber laughs

Kevin: smiles, you're wearing your vampire outfit again?..

Kevin: didn't you worn that last year?

Streber: O-oh! Yeah it's my favorite costume and I
had to wear it to the haunted house

Streber : looks at him kinda upset

Streber : Is it bad?..

Kevin: kinda shock of the face Streber gave him

Kevin : No, of course..

Kevin: you look nice, better then mine! I'm a zombie!

Streber : laughs a bit

Streber: Well thank you Kevin

Kevin: Yeah, of course
