Ok, no I didn't die but i was speechless for approximately three minutes..
Bitch stop exaggerating, my subconscious says
"Well, I have another opening" I jump and squeal as soon I hear this
".... but its at my house" all colour drains from my face as soon as he says this
What kind of person does he think I am, I might be jobless now but i won't be jobless forever, all these men don't know how to treat women
"Are you done ranting?" He spoke interrupting my thoughts
Wait, did he just say ranting
Please tell me I didn't just say all that out loud
"Oh yh you did" he replies
I think I'm going to shut up now.
"I'm going to stick with the pole dancing, thank you" I finally speak up after much thought.
"Ok since that is settled, when do you want to start?" He asks me almost immediately
"I can start right now, if that's alright with you" I quickly respond seeing as I dont have any other thing doing and money must be made somehow.
"That's fine, Adrianna can show you the changing room so you can put on something you will with and start. I will take it easy on you since it's your first night so you will only take one song" he says while I listen carefully because i dont want to mess this up.
"Ok Sir, I will do that right away. Thank You for the opportunity" I add that last part just to be polite because a lot of shit is going on in my head at the moment
Since I couldn't hear a reply from him anytime sorry soon, I turn around to leave and i hear a very low "see you later beautiful" from him. It was so low that I thought I imagined it but only him has that effect on me.
I make my way to club arena hoping I remember the directions and won't end up bumping into more weird people. I finally find them together and I think my bestie is drunk off her ass cos she's swaying carelessly. Lord knows how much she drank.
"Hi Diana, how was it?" Adi hurriedly asks
I gave her the loadown of what happened and asks her to show me the changing room and poles. I might have left out the fact that I have met her boss previously because I don't know how she would feel about that.
Well, off to the changing rooms we go.....
