It was one week before their freshmen formal, K.J and D.J were out buying dresses. They ran into some of their class mates at goodwill also buying cloths for the dance.
Authors Note: goodwill has better prom-dance dresses for cheaper than walmart.
They decided on 2 blue dresses. K.J's was a strapless light blue dress with jewels imbedded on it. D.J's was a spaghetti strap, dark blue fade to white ankle length dress. They both decided to wear boots, K.J's being white and D.J's being brown. When they got back to D.J's house their parents were there. D.J's Grandma was not happy that they went to goodwill instead of walmart, but D.J did not care. K.J's parents did not mind and liked the dresses.
TIME SKIP TUESDAY
When the girls went to school the next day all the kids (mainly girls) were talking about how D.J and K.J bought cheap dresses for such an important dance. But D.J and K.J had no care what so ever about what others thought about their dresses. That same day K.J got asked by her crush to go to the dance. D.J was not that lucky but decided to go alone and spend time with her friends. (When they were free of course<3)
