Chapter 1

"Damn it, I'm out of ideas again!" Rohan groaned irately. His muscles tensed up and his cheeks puffed out like he did whenever he was frustrated. "Inconsiderate idiots..." he whined as his phone buzzed incessantly. His most loyal fans had been constantly pleading for a sequel to his latest manga, the exhilarating adventure manga Pink Dark Boy. This time, it was a message from Otoishi Akira, begging him to reference Akira's band in the manga via a character's namesake. "Do they even appreciate the time I take to painstakingly illustrate the manga panel's intricate details?" Rohan whined. "It's fine, Rohan-sensei, if you need any assistance or inspiration, I'm more than willing to help you!" his close friend, Koichi Hirose told him reassuringly from the corner of the room. Personally, Rohan seldom permitted people from entering his private study where he wrote his manga, but Koichi was a special exception. Sitting on a chair in the corner of the room with his eyes glued to his phone, was Koichi. Still annoyed, Rohan tried to control his temper, and sighed. "Don't you have a meeting with Yukako-san, Koichi-kun?" Koichi's eyes lit up. "That's it, Rohan-sensei!" We can meet Yukako-san, Okuyasu, Mikitaka, and-"
"Is he coming?" Rohan interrupted abruptly. "You mean Josuke-kun? Well..." Koichi seemed lost for words. "You'd better not invite him! You know we have a past," Rohan huffed. Koichi just grinned and quipped:"Maybe it wouldn't be too bad if you got some inspiration from Josuke-kun too! Plus, we're just giving suggestions for your manga. It won't be that bad!" Rohan just crossed his arms and turned away.
