This part up here is just kinda setting up the story line before I start

Jack and John have known each other since they were really young both having the same interest on being police officers when they got older. Now John has a wife and daughter, Jack is single and has no children. They both became what they always wanted when they were younger Officers of crime, Though for a long time jack has been a suspicious secret person he still talks a lot but he doesn't seem to be himself, John takes notice of this but hints "maybe he is just tired?" Though jack doesn't seem to be tired sick upset, no just....suspicious, jack decideds not to think anything of it and continues doing what he always does and enjoys working! I know sounds weird but that's one of Johns favorite hobbies especially when he gets to work with his best friend Jack.

☆*:.｡. Johns POV.｡.:*☆

Right as I woke up I looked over to see my peaceful wife sleeping, I gave her quick kiss on the head before waking her up. After we both got ready I woke up lily so she can get ready for school and her mother can drive her, after that we ate breakfast, I was the first to head out so I wasn't late for work, I got in my car and drove off. On the way to work all I could think about was that cult, what is going on with it who are they?, but these questions came to a halt when I parked my car in front of the police station. Jack was already waiting for me as always, though he has been acting weird lately, he's been very sneaky and quiet it's strange. Never mind it, I got out of my car and greeted Jack with a hello and he responded the same. We walked inside the police station and started working

Skip to when works almost over-

It was getting dark and we were about to wrap things up on our most current case, a whole bunch of pets are randomly going missing and it concludes of, cat, rats, mice, and sometimes dogs, and it's only those pets or animals disappearing. Anyway Jack wraps up the paper work and put it in our files "Jack how about we go to my house and work on the cult more?" Jack agrees faster then you can say no. So we left the station and got inside of my car leaving Jack there so we can get it later, I start my car and drive to my home.

I've been planning something recently thinking more about flames the police reports. So when John asked if we could go to his house and work on the cult a bit more of course I agreed. As we drove to his home we talked about what we have been doing lately, gosh I love this man! We talked for a wile and caught up on the latest things in our life "Lily just started 1st grade" John had said "It feels like yesterday she was in pre school doesn't it? I responded, John nods his head yes. As we pulled into the drive way and got out of the car John noticed that the tv in his house was on, giving it was Friday he guessed it was lily because his wife has work in the morning and she wouldn't stay up this late. We walked in the door to lily giving a big hug to her father "I missed you daddy!" Lily was such a cute young girl she is also very talented and smart to"Oh hay jack" she said to me "hay lily, what are you doing up so late"I asked, this is perfect I needed her to be up for this "oh uhm it's Friday so I'm staying up late to watch tv, and mommy said it was okay" I nod and laugh "as long as your mother is okay with it!" "Hay lily I'm going to my office if you need anything!" John said lily smiled and walked back to the living room. Me and John walked to his office were there were a bunch of photos of sightings of the cult many we experienced, John starts talking about how he is scared for his family "if there's a cult in town and they know were working on them..." then he starts talking about his wife,....Why does he even like that woman anyway she has only known him for like 10 years, I've known John so much longer she doesn't know anything about him that I know, I hate that women I don't know what John sees in her but I obviously DO NOT see it, "Hay let's get something to drink real quick it might calm you down a bit!" John agrees and we get a drink, though he picks up a cup that's dirty "That cup is dirty your gonna get sick" I say "I'm to busy to be sick" I give him a look"anyway what do you think the cult wants?" Before John could answer lily showed up in the door way "Daddy I'm a little bit hungry" she yawned "Well we don't have any snacks" this was perfect now I don't even need an excuse for this "How about we Go nuts for donuts?" Lilys eyes sparkled"Yes please daddy can we get donuts pleaaaase" John looked at her "yeah sure" John walked over and picked up lily. "Let's get going then" John said "okay" I put both hands in my pocket "I'll be out in a sec" John nods and walks out the door, I pull two objects out of my pockets. A match and gasoline in a tiny container, I walked to the kitchen and Pored the gasoline on the table a bit then the wood floors, I lit the match and backed up and threw the match on the table, as it sat to flames I walked outside getting in the car, with a big smile "Did you find what you were looking for?" John asked "yup". Hen we got back the whole house was in flames there were fire fighters and an ambulance. John ran out of the car quickly looking at his house burning in flames wile people tried to put it out, John walked up to the ambulance slowly just in time to see his wife rushed into the ambulance. I walked out of the car running up to John giving him a hug trying to comfort him lily came out to join us "Hay maybe she's okay" gosh I hope not "You guys can stay with me for the time being" this is exactly what I want, hopefully his wife doesn't survive this "tragic accident"I looked at the home almost burnt all the way to the ground and smiled this was perfect it all went as planned almost, Now I can take that place as a partner to John and she can't get in my way, John will be happier John doesn't need her he need me I'm way better then her. "How about we go to the hospital and wait there" John nods and we get back in the car this time I'm driving. We make it to the hospital we're his wife was later pronounced dead....good. After that we drove to my place setting up the guest bed room for John and lily, though I could here them sobbing all night, I did kinda feel bad but as long as that girl was gone i was happy, me and John can start something better he will be happier. 

1 year after the "incident" no ping

As life continued John still was staying with jack, Jack told John how he was feeling and John accepts his feelings and they sort became a thing over time, when lily was in 3rd grade she started calling jack papa, witch was weird at first but it started to become normal when 5th grade rolled around for lily she was the flower girl for her dads wedding, they became a happy family and jack never told anyone what happened in fear of John hating him forever more years pass and John and jack was happy, lily enjoying life as well, she grew up and started forgetting about her mother and what happened that night but John never forgotten but he came to terms realizing life isn't fair he does miss her though. And jack never forgot either when he thinks about that night he smiles thinking that everything he did was a good thing

No one ever found out it was jack even after death, the end

(Sorry this is kinda cringe or fast pace I didn't have a lot of think time for this I just thought this was cool and started writing this as always sorry if there are ANY spelling mistakes I was typing fas and I'm not the best speller)
