The Park was full of people, it was a pleasant and beautiful autumn day. The sky was deep blue and clear. Sun was shining and casting a warm glow over the people walking around. Rich, colorful leaves were crunching underfoot of them. Even the air smelled different, like a mix of wood smoke and freshly baked pumpkin pies. the cold-warm breeze was singing something like the world was going to change soon. Gabriel who was feeding pigeons at the edge of the park felt the warmth of the sun on his face, and a sense of satisfaction washed over him. His face was showing peace and happiness until he heard a faint sound coming from somewhere, he looked around and saw a woman on the bench, about 60 years old, with a long white braid. She was holding a handkerchief and wiping her eyes. She was crying. Seeing this scene Gabriels's heart stung with pain, he walked over to her, sat down on the bench beside her, and gently placed his hand on her shoulder. She looked at him with confusion and a caring look at the same time. Her eyes were full of pain, sorrow, and something more Gabriel could not read.

Gabriel smiled at her "why are you crying Madam, may I can help you with something?"

She hesitated for a moment, Gabriel could see confusion and uncertainty in her light-blue eyes. But after a second she responded with a soft voice.

"It's Okay mister, thank you for your kindness, I just miss someone, you know. in our age, this feeling is so familiar. We always miss someone, every day" she smiled at him and Gabriel felt a pinch of sadness in his heart. He wanted to comfort this woman and make her feel better.

"That's true, the most familiar feeling in our age is missing someone or forgetting something," Gabriel tried to smile, then continued with a more serious tone. "Missing someone is a feeling of longing and love. When we miss someone, it means we have fond memories of them, the love and happiness we shared together that will never fade. Even though they're not with us, we still feel their presence, holding onto the hope that we'll be together again one day. You know, there are so many people who nobody misses. I truly hope that someone will miss me one day," Gabriel smiled at her and placed his hand on hers to comfort her. Tears were sparkling in her eyes like tiny crystals as she tried to hold herself together. The sight of her was breaking Gabriel's heart, yet there was something in her eyes that took his breath away.

"My husband used to talk like this, like a poet, with passion and delight" she wiped her eyes and bend her head "the first time when he told me about his feeling we were here, on this bench, we were teenagers. and it was autumn, like today. We were so happy" she sniffed.

" do you know that Autumn love is the strongest? it lasts forever. It's unforgettable. Untouchable." Gabriel did not know why he was talking about love with a strange woman, who loved and missed someone else. But he continued talking, unable to control the flow of words coming out of his mouth

" "But, oh, so different is

Love, the latest love.

Same as autumnal bloom,

Often better than the primal one." "

The woman looked at him with a bright sparkle in her eyes, and a little curve of her lips appeared on her face. Gabriels felt relief when he saw her smile

"That's a beautiful poem, I love poems. on this bench he proposed to me with a poem, which he wrote by himself, my husband was writing poems sometimes" her face beamed with happy memories, a rosy glow appeared on her cheeks. Gabriel felt a little tightness in his belly. He was jealous. He bit his lips to control his emotions

" well, he was romantic, and he loved you very much, I guess he will not be happy to see your tears, even my heart is burning to watch you cry". The woman looked into his eyes with a questioning and confusing look. a flush of pink color appeared on her face. Gabriel felt discomfort,

"I'm sorry... I did not mean to hurt you... I do not know why...."

"Oh Do not apologize, you are right, he always was trying to make me smile, he was good at it, ah how good it would be if he was with me now?" she bent her head as her eyes were becoming watery again, her voice was tremulous. Gabriel felt very sad, he felt her feelings. he remembered how it is to love someone, to miss someone. He felt all these emotions again with a new energy when listening to this woman. He took her hand again into his in a caring manner. He was not hesitating anymore. He felt it was correct

"Do you remember his poems, which one is your favorite, read it.."

He felt a little tightness in her body but she talked and the tightness has vanished

" his last poem is my favorite "

The day when I gazed into your eyes

I knew I will never die

The day when I touched your hand

I knew our love will never end

And if one day my mind will forget

My heart will ... my heart will..."

she could not end the poem as she started crying, her body was trembling. Gabriel took her hand and put it on his heart and he continued what she could not finish

"My Heart will catch our love in a net.

It's you, who should not forget

That You are my unforgettable "

When the woman heard these words she screamed out with happiness and hugged him as tight as she could.

"Oh Gabriel" she was whispering through her tears

"I am here Alicia" Gabriel wrapped his hand around her. he was whispering in her ear all the poems he could remember, every word of love created only for her. They both knew that their happiness was fleeting, a sense of melancholy was flying in the air, like one of the autumn leaves. It did not take a lot of time before the gaze of Gabriel full of love and devotion became blank and distant. A slight frown appeared on his forehead as if he is trying to remember something but can't quite hold it. He stood up from a bench confusing

"I am sorry Madam, I have to feed my pigeons, I should not sit here".

The woman watched him leave and feed his birds. She was sad, but she had hope. Tomorrow they will come back, and for several minutes they will be together again.
