The next day, me, Addison, and her parents had breakfast. Her parents looked at her rather confused, because of her new look. Addison and I looked at each other awkwardly.

"So... New look?" Missy asks.

"I like it. My new friends like it." Addison said.

"I like it too." I said and Addison looked at me with a smile.

"Did you join a, um, rock band?" Dale asks her and Addison and I look at him confused.

Addison and I got to school and everyone was talking about her new look. But she seemed confident and didn't seem to care what people were saying.

"Whoa! Bad hair day?" Lacey said as the Acey's appeared.

"Bad hair life?" Stacey added.

"I think it looks great." Addison said.

"Yeah, not so much." Jacey said and the three of them snapped their fingers.

"Oh, who cares what you think? It's Addison's life and she's going to do what she wants, okay? You're just a nobody to tell her what to do." I snapped at them.

They just gave me an annoyed look, rolled their eyes, and pushed me away, getting closer to Addison.

"Addison, if you ever expect to be a cheer captain..."

"Well, maybe I don't. Maybe cheer team isn't for me after all." Addison said causing the Acey's to gasp and quickly run away.

I laughed at that. I always found this scene funny in the movie.

"Addison!"

Addison and I turned to see Zed coming towards us.

"O, hey, Hope." Zed greeted me.

I waved at him and left. Right now, Zed should be stealing Addison's moonstone. 

I sighed and went to class.

I met Zed and Eliza in the hallway. Zed was running and Eliza was following him.

"Wow, what happened?" I asked, trying to sound confused.

"Zed became a zombie in front of everyone." Eliza explained to me.

"What? Because of the moonstone you stole from Addison, right?" I asked.

"Yeah, I... Wait, how do you know I stole it?" Zedd asks confused looking at Eliza, she shakes her head saying she didn't tell me.

"Uh, I... I just know." I said nervously looking at them.

"Okay... anyway, I lost the election." Zed said sadly.

"Maybe." Eliza said and Zed scowled at her. "Probably. Yeah, you did." 

"Was it that bad?" I asked as if I didn't know.

"Well, it was pretty bad." Eliza said sadly, looking at me. "But the problem is you lost yourself first."

She left, leaving us alone. Zed looked at his poster, for president, and then at the moonstone.

"I have to fix the things." Zed said.

"You will and I will help you." I said patting him on the shoulder.

"Thanks Hope. Come on, now I have to fix what I did."

Zed and I left the school and headed to the Seabrook Power.
