Time Doesn't Exist

What is your definition of time?
But before you answer, have you considered this?

Time doesn't exist
A manmade construction only for the function of routine
An overlooked destruction causing a reduction in human production
Time doesn't exist
There's no set meaning
We're just being
A deity does not control your believing
Time doesn't exist
Do we know who we are?
You ask in your car as you drive in the dark
The destination is unknowingly far

Holy books say the time will come
But when time is a concept
We've already won.
We're playing God
And religion is the pawns we play.
On a disarray board
Checkered in dismay.

So why does it matter,
Time and religion?
If they're just mind's thoughts
To show death's visions?
They tell us we will go to heaven or hell
You say
'Oh well, only time will tell'

If you could just see what it's fabricated to be
A sign of love
A bullet in a gun
Controls our life
And makes us ready to fight

Swimming in lies as if being baptized
Would help you realize
That our lives have arrived
At this destination you call salvation
But when will this salvation appear?
Within the hour, the next day, a couple years?
But remember, time doesn't exist,
So that salvation you wanted,
You've already missed.

So you're scurrying and hurrying
To reach a state of holiness
But when your visions blurry, you worry
About all your times of lowliness

If time doesn't exist, then why does it matter?
If your catholic
Jewish
Buddhist
Muslim
In this timeless world, we are all one
So I have for you, one final thought
Religion and time aren't real
Whether you like it or not.
