For people who don't know what age regression is I'll tell you.
Answer/Definition -Age Regression occurs when you mentally retreat to an early age. In all ways, you believe you're back at that point in your life, and you may exhibit childish behaviors, too. Some people choose to revert to a younger age. I'm this case, it can be a coping mechanism to help them relax and eliminate stress.
(This isn't a really good understanding definition to it but if anyone has a better definition you could send it to me on my board or message me.)
We also call this Little Space, Tiny Space, Comfort Space these are words to help you understand what Age Repression is...
