I sit on the dusty red velvet chair now left for many ages, the fabric had grown holes and scratched by the many times i thought i about this story. 11 years? perhaps more that this top turning story has lead my life. It is a lifetimes work of mine along with my sister. Well..best not to keep the world waiting besides not like i have any reason not to write these stories and bring them to the world no?. I suppose so... i look at the screen that shone bright, i turned a golden handle that creaked as webs and dust began falling to my desk of books. Time began to turn back the screen was flickering with the many days and nights i turned back. Fire raged and storms thundered the sky as i went back to over a century...back.

The sky was blue and the trees stood high as if they were claws reaching for the sky. The still silence of nature was cut by the sound of shouts and smoke coming from one side of the island. A girl..no..a wolf ran as fast as she could to reach another land her legs were screaming and her lungs felt as if they could explode. She tripped on a branch and fell with a thud on the forest floor. Groaning her arms reached to look for anything to hold on to so she could stand. Looking around to make sure she was safe, it seems the fire and the armies are far from where she was. She'd escaped...but shes lost..Panicking she calmed down she was clueless on her whereabouts but she was not to worry her parents would return one day...they would search for her and she would be safe again with her friends, family, her village....right?.

-.-

It was getting late, the night had come and the creatures lurking around the shadows didnt seem to harm the little wolf girl cowering under a tree staring at the bright shiny crescent moon. Managing to put out a small awoo from her sore throat she snuggled on her ragged clothes and slept. The very next day she knew her parents would just come for her and they were rpobably looking for her right now! the little child thought and thought, she played with the the sticky mud that'd been made from the morning dews on the ground. "Mama and papa needs a home! or how else would they find me" she said to herself, but she was just a small girl in a big big forest like this how on earth would she make a home?. She stared at the mud that formed on the ground, picking a big piece of it up she moulded it to look like a brick. "heheh gramma used to make houses like this" she placed her creation on a smooth ground. She did it! a single brick!..."a single...piece.." she thought.. "Just more to go "

Years passed by and everyday she would watch as the morning dews dropped to the ground making her mud bricks. Moulding them, stacking them, a few trials and  errors but she was alright. The girl kept stacking and stacking, she grew along those years finding new creatures and even learning new languages from them such as small lizards, chickens, sometimes even the ladybugs that landed on the trees. She was no longer a child now and when shed realized she could even pull trees up from their roots! which was quite the scary experience when she first pulled one out and almost fell on her creation for years. She cleared out the unnecessary trees and placed them elsewhere also finding palm trees using the dried leaves as roofs. On the day the house was complete she rejoiced and sat inside the hut for a while admiring her work that she'd done. The branches holding the roof together were sturdy and quite good to put up with rain. Soon she finally stood and looked at the path she once ran through to go to her village. No longer can she hear the sound of her people nor can she hear or smell any trace of her parents. But she wasnt losing hope. She started a new, making another house and another and another. She was all alone with her now 3 houses.

Looking at the sky she watched as the sun disappeared once more on the east. The wind blew her hair to her face, she brushed it away with a giggle as the sky turned dark. Now she can rest under a roof, with hopes that she'll find her family soon...she hopes..
